Presto Loan Centers

Presto messed up big time and took my car even though I never got a loan from them. I don't even know when this happened because they never gave me any paperwork. I've been trying to talk to their people but they're so mean and keep hanging up on me. I asked them to check the cameras and compare signatures to prove I'm telling the truth, but they won't do anything. This company is the worst and they need to learn how to treat people with respect. I've never had anyone just hang up on me like they have. Plus, they gave someone else a loan and took my car instead. They won't even tell me basic information like when it happened, how much money was involved, or where my car is now. Most businesses would give you that information, but not Presto. Can someone please help me out here?
