Premiers Management Consultancy  - immigration to australia

This is such a fraud company that i have seen in Dubai, they gave many false promises and register people with a fake contract. I have paid an amount of 2392 aed for migration to Australia and they have not provided me any supprt other than the initial consultation. When i asked for the refund they were saying regarding contract and i need to pay 2000$ to terminate the contract. I have not received any call or email after registration. If anyone can help in refund of the same will be very helpful
