Prada - Customer service and availability of product

My husband went to the Prada store at Yorkdale at 10am when store was opened. We were looking for the Prada re-edition 2005 Nylon Shoulder Bag. the sales person named Kang stated that they no longer had the black one. My husband asked if the other Prada stores in Toronto had it in stock. He stated "for sure" but would not call to ask. My husband called me at work and I spoke to Kang he stated "we can not transfer bags from store to store... I told him not looking for transfer just if you can call if they have the bag instead of running around the city... he stated no need For sure they have". My husband proceeded to make his way to downtown Toronto on Bloor street. I decided to call Bloor street (which I had to look up the number.. Kang wouldn't look it up for me) they stated had only one bag and not allowed to sell what was on display. She took my number said would call me back. I then called Prada at Holt Renfrew and spoke to Andrew who stated yes we have the bag I will put it aside... No worries... Also stated the Prada on Bloor street had just contacted him about that bag. The lady at Prada Bloor street called me back and stated spoke to Andrew and that a bag had been put aside. I was very pleased with that Prada at bloor and Prada at Holts. what I don't understand is the lack of service I received or didn't receive at Yorkdale Prada. A few days ago I was at Yorkdale and decided to pay a visit to Prada. I spoke to Kang who said his manager wasn't available. He didn't think he had done anything wrong. Said he was sorry but with a smile on his face. had no explanation as to why he didn't call the other store and to be honest I don't think he understood my issue at all. I have bought many Prada products. I have never bought LV and Gucci because I feel very loyal to prada. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I am very disappointed with Prada hiring people who don't want to sell or help a customer and are unable to communicate with their customers. I received a very expensive wallet at Christmas from my husband which he bought at Prada and have been tempted to return it. Perhaps Prada no longer cares about customer loyalty and service. I have been a repeat customer. That bag that I went looking for was a Christmas gift to my 18 year old daughter who has become a fan of Prada and is studying Luxury Retail Management at Ryerson. I would appreciate a reply. Longtime customer and next generation customer
