Postmates review: Ripped off, called names by drivers, you name it — don't use them

So, I have used postmates since the pandemic. Unfortunately, I have experienced being called the C word, a b..., and so many more bad names by their delivery drivers. And I have had at least one delivery person ask to be invited into my home to eat or drink with me. I complained once to the company and they never even followed up. I let it go-telling myself I would not order from them anymore at the time and then went back when it became convenient, I guess. Mind you, I order all the time from Try Caviar and have never had anything like this-they deliver on time, drivers are nice, etc.. I guess tonight I just had it when, once again, the driver never showed and delivered apparently to someone else. It took 4-5 attempts to get anyone to pay attention and then they offered a refund (great, I guess) except by this time I was a bit upset. I order all the time from them, and I expected more this time than just my money back from sitting for over an hour for an expedited order and repeatedly trying to reach the delivery driver, only to be ignored. So, I asked for more, telling them again their delivery people have been abusive over the years. They said, sorry but we can't help you. Our policy. We can just give you a refund. This is not enough this time. After being abused by them for years and never ever hearing anything, it is not enough. This company is true scum. True scum.
