Pos Malaysia Berhad — second delivery
My item number is EH590030903MY. Parcel arrived on 13/11 4.35pm IOI Boulevard, unfortunately my company off on that day & I called up for second delivery on 14/11 at [protected] the line was so busy almost 30mins only I managed to talk with the person & he say early 17th I can receive my parcel yet on 22/11 I still haven't get my parcel yet so I went to Cawangan Serahan Puchong & the guy said the pastel already sent back . What ? When I asked for second delivery the guy didn't proceed for me yet the branch general line like forever no one pick up .. why the branch still need the general line as the phone forever no people pick up .. I felt very ridiculous about this issue, I never experienced this with pos laju before the line changed to hotline [protected], the guy seems like working without training .. Every information ask and ask again even my name he don't remember . First of all, I think I will never have confident with pos laju again.
