Buyer beware!
I never thought they would charge me their shipping fee. I didn't even know it existed. But the main problem is that my order has been never delivered. And heir so-called customer service is well aware of it. So I paid too much for the item along with the shipping cost If I had known it from the start, I would have never ordered anything.
I think you should mention it on your website.
Speaking of my item, I don't know where it is. No one picks up the phone and no one answers my emails...
Fake charge and no delivery
Don’t deal with the company www.portatech.com, ‘coz they are frauds. I ordered motherboard from them, but these jerks charged me twice for the same order and delivered nothing. I tried to contact them, but no one replied to my emails and messages. I have no idea what measures to take now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
