poor business practice, refuse to return deposit
They sold my old boat for me for a healthy commission -- no problem with that. I ordered a new boat from them with a 10% down payment but before taking delivery my situation drastically changed and I had to move to another state. I cancelled the order but they would NOT refund my deposit in cash; they only offered a store discount even though I didn't have a boat nor did I live in the area anymore. By the way, they quickly sold the ordered boat as it came in just before the Spring season so they also made a healthy profit on that. They are easy to deal with until/unless you have a problem, then they suddenly get very greedy!
