Orleans Boat World & Sports

I purchased a 2018 model LX185 with a high-output 115HP outboard from Orleans Boat World & Sports in May . It was my first new boat and I did some research before buying it. I chose these two 'premium' brands. I picked a floor model that was slightly discounted and was told to come back in a week to pick it up. When I went to get the boat, it was a completely different boat. They said it was the one I chose and if I wanted to change it, I had to buy another one. The trailer they gave me also had the wrong 'pin' arrangement, even though I asked them what electronic equipment I needed to install. I took the boat to my lake (200 kms away) and used it for about a month when the outboard started to malfunction. I called the marina, but they said there was nothing they could do and I had to bring it in. I called the outboard manufacturer and they gave me a local marina who could fix it and maintain the warranty. The mechanic said the boat was not 'prepared or set up correctly'. When I called the marina, they refused to speak to the mechanic. After another month, the motor started to have issues again. I tried to get OBW to explain, but they just said 'sorry, sometimes this happens'. I did the winterization myself and it helped a little. At the end of the season, I had winter storage with OBW and asked them to do a full diagnostic of the motor. They found issues with the motor and said they fixed it. I mentioned the 'air in lines' issue, but they said it was not a problem. Next spring/summer, after about 2 weeks of use, the 'air in lines' issue kept happening. I emailed and called the owner of the business for an explanation and asked for a replacement outboard. They said there was nothing they could do. What should I do next?
