They are not interested in their customers' needs or issues, especially if all of those things are connected to their own company.
So I ordered a part from my boat and the one I got was wrong. Moreover, I had to take it out of its package (which is logical, how would I see what was inside?), so that's how I found out it was not the right one.
I called them to ask what to do next, but they only said they can't take it back because I unwrapped it already.
Well, yes, I can't see the things if they are not transparent and sorry for this, but it's a very childish excuse not to refund.
Don't recommend anyone.

I phoned them for ordering several parts and it was also important to me to get my package via Fedex. They said yes, that is right, they will ship fedex. After that, I received a confirmation with shipping information her there was said that my parcel will be sent via UPS. So tell me UPS and Fedex do sound similar? I do not believe ups, they are slow and do not deliver anything, at least I do not remember they did... Thank you for not listening to your customers' wishes!
rude seller and too high fee for the shipping
I won’t advise you to buy from the website www.marineengine.com. I ordered some small item, but they wanted to take about $20 for the shipping, when the item cost only $10. I refused to pay and wanted to cancel this order, but the seller turned out to be total jerk. He started to send me emails and messages with threats, and it was impossible to stop him. I just wanted to warn other people. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
