Still needs work
So I previously comment saying that some of the stories that I read had disappeared without anyone telling us what happen. Well today while I was looking I found one of the stories that I was missing after weeks of not seeing it on the app. And it’s not like I didn’t search for it because I remember the name but I search for it but never popped up during the time it was gone. I’m still missing another story which was love you superstar in the English version. I would like to see that come back so that I can finish it at least even if it’s an incomplete story. Update July 29: OK so it’s been a whole year now and the app has indeed improved a lot more after my initial comment when I first started using this app. First off they fixed one of my problems that I had which was some of our stories disappearing without an explanation. They have fixed this problem. Another thing that they have fixed was the subscription option to be able to listen to all of our stories without ads and without having to wait and it not actually working for some of us. Now it’s a coin base subscription where you just pay for how many chapters you wanna read for which ever book you choose, which I’m actually glad for because it’s much cheaper and we have actual get payment options which is even better. The only reason why I’m not giving it a full five stars is because there’s still a few thing that they still need to fix which is either editing or finishing off stories that have been on hiatus for way too long. There are some stories that have chapters that have been repeated with chapters we’ve already read that has not been fixed. Another major one is that a lot of us prefer to have one narrator for the whole story instead of you guys not telling us ahead of time that you’re changing narrators. As well as gaps or like information that we didn’t know of being missing in the story that we need more of a context on. But I see they are taking our advice and I’ve seen that one of the stories that I’ve read which is the “The lost Princess”now called “The forgotten princess” is being Re-released and it has a different narrator which was one of the main complaints about that story. My comment for this is that I hope that they finish the story because it is also a story that never got a proper ending. So keep up the good work

I've never paid so much for a story in my life! Can we sue? This is a rip off and a scam. I've purchased coins and looked up and I'm magically out of coins. There's no way this is on the up and up. Let's take legal action.

Well pocket fm has really become greedy. Took away the free videos to watch and earn coins. Even the surveys are gone. If I had known that I would have to spend hundreds of dollars to listen to a book then I never would have started. I sent a message to customer service 2 days ago and counting and they never responded. So pathetic
Way too many Ads, too expensive to purchase coins. To put it, if you are listening heavily, it will cost you more than Netflix, Spotify, deezer, disney+ combine.
I've spent over $200 in this app its not about the money but to lock a book I'm in the middle of for 3 months unless I pay for it then to glitch and double charge me is very disappointing I wish I can finish this book so I can delete this app and never look back I'm ready to buy and finish reading from another site
Love the book I'm listening to. I bought coins to listen to the episode I was on and it took me back 50 episodes and would not allow me to go forward instead used up all my coins. Not enough free episodes and coins are not cheap.
i just spend 50$ and after 5 days no more coins on my account, i listen a lot.
price is way to high.
