No good at all. They came, did nothing (no parts available) and charged $100, contrary to the previous arrangement. No good at all. Avoid them at any cost.

We had our water tank replaced, and Out Of This World Plumbing gave us quotes for different choices and explained the good and bad things about each. They were able to schedule the installation in just a week, and they were on time and acted professionally. They kept us informed about every step, told us about the maintenance we need to do, and left the place clean and neat. We are really satisfied with their service.

I been usin' Out of this World Plumbing for like 3 years now. Just had 'em upgrade my toilet in the powder room today. They let me know when the plumber was comin' and he got there on time. The job was done quick and the plumber was real nice and knew what he was doin'. He even answered all my questions. And before he left, he cleaned up after himself. They always do great work. I really appreciate it.

We had work done by Out of this World Plumbing both recently and in previous years. Having a very detailed estimate is nice and knowing that the technicians are well qualified and the company is fully insured is comforting. All staff who have visited have always been friendly, professional, smart, and have taken every step to protect our home while undertaking their work. It is also nice to know that the company supports many of the local pet charities in the area.

Over the years we had very good experiences with OOTWP. Their plumbers are always on time, professional and helpful. Their trucks got all the stuff they need and if they don't have it, they go find it. When we call for help, the staff is always nice. They cover all the work with a good warranty. We like supporting a local business that helps the community. We hope they keep doing well.

I gotta say, I was super impressed with Out of this World Plumbing. They came by during the summer to fix this pesky problem I had with my sewer line. And let me tell ya, I was thrilled with the results. They kinda messed up when they gave me a quote for some work that they had to hire someone else for. Turns out the rates had gone up, but they didn't make a big fuss about it. They just swallowed the extra cost. How cool is that?

So, I had their boss plumber, ***, come back this week to replace the toilet and fix some plumbing stuff under my kitchen sink. And let me tell ya, they got it done in just a couple of hours. Out of this World is really good about giving you options for the work they do and the price, risks, and benefits that come with each option. They never tried to push me into going for the more expensive stuff. Plus, they kept me in the loop about when they were gonna show up and what they were gonna do.

Overall, I gotta say, Out of this World Plumbing is top-notch. They really know their stuff and they treat their customers right. I highly recommend 'em if you need any plumbing work done.

I made an appointment with Out Of This World Plumbing to get a toilet installed in December . Two plumbers came over and I showed them the bathroom and the toilet that needed to be installed. I went downstairs and when I came back up after about an hour, the plumber handed me a debit machine and asked me to pay the $615 invoice right away. I had done some research beforehand and I knew that $615 was really expensive for a toilet installation (way more than the average cost in Ottawa). The plumber said, "Yeah, it's a one-piece, so we raised the price."

Later that day, I got a quote for installing an alcove bathtub. I also received my invoice through email and noticed an $85 fee for "limitation/sanitation," which was supposedly for working in a small space (my powder room). I sent an email to ask about this fee and the quotes, which were double ($2095) what two plumbers had advertised for installing an alcove bathtub! The response I got was, "Our quotes are based on the job itself, the expertise of our technicians, the materials, and stuff like that. But our technicians don't set the prices, so that's all the information I can give you about our quoting."

So I asked for clarification, and that's when they told me that the charge for the limitation fee was correct in terms of pricing and purpose, but the description (since they have more than one for this type of charge) unfortunately didn't accurately explain the reason for the fee. This fee was added because installing skirted toilets requires more skill, effort, and limited access compared to a regular toilet. They also told me that "I should have been given a written quote to sign before the plumbers started the work!"

At that moment, I realized that they were trying to take advantage of me and overcharge me. I've never felt so deceived in my life. The only thing extraordinary about these guys is their prices! They're twice as high as they should be!
