Plumbing Force review: Cancellation fees

Only book this company if you are 100% sure you will use them. If you cancel they will charge you £120.00 cancellation fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours.

I made my appointment in the morning for the next day so I did not have 24 hours to cancel. I rang them an hour and a half later to cancel and was told that I would still incur a cancellation fee, I was initially told it would be £50.00, apparently this was incorrect and that the charge should be £120.00.

They did honour the £50.00 cancellation fee that was originally quoted to me.

This is unreasonable considering I did not have 24 hours to cancel and that I rang within an hour and a half of making the appointment.

So be very careful when booking this company as you will incur costs if you have to cancel due to an emergency.

I would not recommend this company on that basis.
