Pleynever received national geographic boxes

I order a 6 month subscription of the Natl Geographic boxes for my 7 year nephews Christmas Present back in Dec 2017. It is now March and still no delivery. I was constantly told it was coming... I finally asked for my account to be canceled and reimbursed as I never received anything. Customer Support said they canceled my account and a refund would occur within in 7 days (CASE# 53066). That was Feb 14, 2018. As of March 6, 2018 I have yet to received a refund. I believe this outright fraud and prepared to file a legal complaint. Seems incredible that this company is still sending my emails to sign up for more subscriptions and I still havent had any help.
