I’m a new mom to be and as you can imagine being bombarded by so much of everything baby. I received a gift card from a family member for custom pacifiers — and me being a lover of all things with my name on it - I’m obvi obsessed with getting everything for my child with her name on it as well. The website was so easy to navigate and the designs were so cute. Designing the pacifier just made me so happy and brought an additional amount of joy to my pregnant journey. Aside from the site being super easy to use - the prices were phenomenal ! I didn’t think the gift card would get me much with the customization but I got 3 custom bunnies for $35. My favorite part is they came in less than a week! The quality was perfect! And it just made me that much more excited to welcome my baby girl! I will be ordering more and recommend expected parents to use the services offered by A Mothers Lounge - you will not be disappointed. I am not affiliated with this company and I am not being incentivized to write this review. The company, the products, the quality , and the service speaks for itself !

On Thursday, Sept 24th I placed an order with this company for a car seat carrier canopy for our baby girl who was supposed to be here on the 29th of September. On Friday, the 25th we found out our full-term baby girl had no heartbeat and was no longer with us. I reached out to the company the same day we found out to simply explain that we no longer needed the item and if possible, to cancel the order. The lady emailed me back extremely fast and told me the order had already shipped, but that she was going to issue me a full refund and she was sorry for the loss of our baby girl. We did receive and refund and the item in the mail a few days later but was told just to keep it. We will definitely order again with our next child and we appreciate the response we received.

I have purchased 2 canopies from this company and have had no issues. I was skeptical at first because I received a gift card that completely covered the cost and thought it was a scam. I decided to take the risk for $15 shipping. The canopy came and I was pleasantly surprised! The material is quality and it serves its purpose as a car seat cover and a nursing cover. I was so pleased with the first purchase I purchased a personalized one, using another gift card sent with the canopy! It’s a different (sturdier) material but it’s still a quality material. I ordered both canopies for one car seat and if I didn’t think my husband would get onto me for ordering more I’d order another one! Shipping was very reasonable especially with other companies having two week delays or more! The second canopy came quicker than the first and it was customized! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the canopies I ordered!

The quality of the canopy is great the material is soft and very durable. The shippimg was fast and the company reached oit to us to make sure we received the product and asked if we were satisfied with there product.

Have used Carseat Canopy for YEARS. Literally, my go to baby shower gift. This gift always adds a personal touch with the custom embellishment option. Great quality product and I absolutely couldn't recommend the products enough.

I had seen ads from this company on my Facebook. I had a new little one due in a few weeks and with the virus going around, I wanted to have something that would be a little more “in place” than just a blanket over his car seat when we got out for dr appointments and what not. I decided to give this company a shot! They had a promotion code where you could get a FREE canopy cover, just pay shipping. For less than $10 I decided to give it a shot! I absolutely love the cover that came in. It’s light enough weight that it is breathable and I don’t worry that my baby is overheating in there. I also love that it provides privacy when it’s time to feed him. I highly recommend this item for any mommas of newborns out there. If you’re looking for an awesome personal thoughtful gift for someone you know expecting a little one, this is the perfect gift! You can also choose to add personalization to the cover, I did spend the $8 and get my baby’s name monogrammed. I’ve received so many compliments! Even my husband loves it! Mothers Lounge My family loves the car seat canopies

My family loves the car seat canopies. Ee order them for family, friends, and babies we know. They are well made and last for years after the kids out grow them. We have been shopping here since 2015 and the products are soft, and functional. You can't go wrong. If you try a new product they send free codes you can use and just pay for shipping. Exceptional Buy! It's like being a member of the club when you see embroidered names on car seat canopies around town! We have also brought the leggings, sling, little mini boppy pillow, and nursing pads. There are always discount codes that help to cover the expense so you pay for embroidery approximately $6 to $8 and shipping which can be as large as $20 or more dollars. However the products are well made and worth the shipping. It was always important to us to order early giving us several weeks so as to be able to pay the lowest shopping cost on all orders. Four of six of our kids have used the products from Mother's Lounge, Car Seat Canopies and other products. If I had known about them when I had my first two in 2006 and 2007 we would have ordered products for them too!

Mothers Lounge I was very happy with the products I received

I was very happy with the products I received. Shipping did take a long time. That wasn't a huge deal to me, but I figure it might be to someone else. When I emailed the company to inquire about the shipping (it had been over a month since I had placed the order and I had not even received a shipping notification), I received a prompt reply. The representative informed me that one of my items had been on back order (again, I was not notified of this at any time prior), and my order would ship out promptly. I then received an email with shipping notification and tracking. The order arrived within a few days after that. My honest opinion, my order was forgotten and when I finally emailed asking about it, I was given story (I have no proof of course, just my opinion). So, I am taking one star away based on the company’s self-reported neglect to inform me that “an item was on back order” thereby delaying shipping of my entire order for over a month. I wish that hadn’t happened because otherwise, the products are great and the customer service was fast to respond and friendly. That is my 100% honest review of my experience.

I have ordered uddercovers, baby leggings, a nursing pillow, and little wanderers baby shoes from this company. The baby leggings came in with a fash shipping time and looked exactly as I imagined, except they were very large, and I don't believe my baby will be wearing them for quite some time...the uddercover came in, and it looks exactly as I ordered even with the custom lettering I requested with my baby's name. It is the quality I expected, but I have not been able to use it due to breastfeeding issues. The nursing pillow looks as I imagined, but it was very expensive and was very very small compared to what I was led to believe it would be. I expected it to be large like the ones you buy at the stores like walmart or target, but it was small... too small to use as a nursing pillow. So, it's just a cute accessory in my baby's room. Lastly, the shoes... I haven't received them yet though they were ordered at the same time as the other products. Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with the products I have received, but I'm not head over heels in love with my products either.

Mothers Lounge Although the shipping is a little over priced

Although the shipping is a little over priced. I did receive gift cards to receive the products I ordered free the custom pacifiers came out adorable and I was very happy with them from custom pacifiers, the nursing pillow from nursing pillows is too small and and cheap compared to most pillows in stores and probably not worth the shipping cost but I’m going to make it work. Will have a better idea once baby arrives and can truly test it. The sling for the baby I haven’t got to try yet as baby is due in 3 weeks. With prices today I got 3 custom pacifiers, a sling with baby leggings and a nursing pillow for around $50 so I feel it was fair and you are agreeing to the shipping prices before submitting. Plus in my items I received more gift cards. I live in a rural area so we do not have a Walmart or target within 50 mins of my home ...so this allows me to get the items without the long drive and additional cost of gas. With Covid going around it allows me to remain safe and shop from the comfort of my home so I would like to say thank you to the company. Only recommendation would be to lower the shipping costs just a few dollars. I would say shipping was fast and reliable!

I ordered from carseatcanopy.com with a code for a free canopy. I’m not an idiot who thinks I should receive the free canopy and have the company pay for my shipping. The way I look at it, I got a car seat canopy for less than $12. I truly appreciate that. The companies that offer this, do so tho get their products out there in hopes that people will order more items at a later date or order more on top of the free item. It is marketing. It’s marketing that allows for companies to basically sample their products all over the world. The people who are complaining have clicked a button somewhere on the internet that sent them marketing materials, for the most part. The ComplaintsBoard.com charges companies an exorbitant amount of money to truly fight trolls who leave negative reviews. If you don’t want to participate in offers you receive, don’t! With my canopy, I received $450 in ‘gift card’ offers from other companies that I truly plan to look into. I’m pregnant with my 2nd child and can’t wait to enjoy all the adorable things that weren’t available with my pregnancy 13 years ago. Thank you for the offers and the adorable canopy to keep my newborn safe from the possible COVID-19 Coughs and all the other unknowns that could cause harm.

I have just received my second car seat canopy order for my second baby and I am so excited to use it! I got my first order with one caboodle and two additional covers 2 years ago when I had my first baby and it was a life safer! The super soft car seat liner makes it so easy to clean up after a blow out or spit up, just peel it out and throw it in the washer! No need to completely disassemble the car seat to get all of the gross stuff out. The covers are great and keep people from looking in the car seat in public as well as keeping a darker environment for napping or a warm environment in the cold. I also used my cover as a nursing cover in a pinch. It was so great to gave my set for my first baby and I ordered a second set for me next baby. I can’t wait to get my car seat for my little guy coming in May. Shipping was fast and with each order I received about $500 in gift cards to affiliated companies. Not discount codes, GIFT CARDS! Free money! I will absolutely be giving car seat canopies as baby shower gifts as well. Great company, great product. This review is my honest opinion and experience with Canopy Couture. I ordered two infant car seat covers from Canopy Couture recently. I found their website easy to navigate and place my order, and my order arrived in a timely manner. Both canopies were individually packaged and folded nicely. I even received a follow up email asking if I was pleased with my order. Not all companies follow up which tells me they are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Both canopies are true to color and prints as advertised on the website; as well as true to the types of fabric and styles. I am very pleased with the quality of fabric and stitching and feel each canopy will be perfect to use when my baby arrives. The canopies are beautiful and stylish and a great way to protect baby from nosy strangers, wind, sun, and cold air. One of the canopies I ordered is made of stretchable jersey fabric which can double as a nursing cover. I find this very convenient. I only wish I had this with my other babies. Overall, I am very happy with my order. I would highly recommend Canopy Couture to anyone looking for a stylish, great quality cover for their infant car seat. Mothers Lounge This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have these coupon codes floating around for a $50 giftcard. Let me explain how they get you. They know that everyone on their site has one of these codes. If you dont, there is a popup that offers you one. So they have their onesies priced at $25 so you think you're getting a great deal. Well, you still have to pay S&H and that is where they get you. Its $15 to ship 1 tiny onesie. You still think, well, with this code I can get 2 onesies for $15 so, that's not too bad and you continue forward with your order. Well, I ordered a size 3-6 month for my newborn (keep in mind he was 3 weeks and 8 lbs at the time of me ordering these, and was wearing newborn sizes.) What arrived was not size 3-6 months. They were SMALLER THAN HIS NEWBORN ONESIES. And then let's get into the material they used. It is sofa king cheap and thin, 100% see through and NOT A CENTIMETER OF GIVE WHATSOEVER, so even if I wanted to I couldn't even stretch this onesie over my son's head. Every other onesie I've ever seen in my life stretches. How else are you supposed to get them on and off your baby. No stretch, crappiest material they could find and smaller than newborn clothes. I contacted customer service about this and they were d***. 0 stars for quality. 0 stars for customer service. This company is a scam. Dont bother. I pursued a refund through my credit card company, so at least I got my money back. If you get sucked into the scam like I did, I would recommend pursing a refund through your card.

I have recently placed an order through Canopy Couture, I was initially not happy with my order due to a mix up on the embroidery for my sons canopy. I order two canopy sets one for the fathers car seat one for mine, it was an honest mistake they accidentally switch the embroideries for each of the canopies. At first, I tried to call there customer service line and only received voice mail but given we are in a time of a pandemic I understand possibly low staff. Secondly, I attempted to contact through the website the chat bubble costumer service directed me to send an email with pictures validating the mishap. I proceeded to do so and as a customer it almost seemed as if I was rushed off the chat given little to no answers to what was to come next. Thirdly, I posted a review on Facebook, and quickly received a response to straighten the order out. I was very pleased to receive their response so quickly this time it felt like an actual person contacting me instead of some robot on a chat bubble. They quickly accommodated the correction in the order and were also very polite. Which in return I took my harsh review off of their Facebook. You could see the care in their response. They turned the entire situation around for me and are quickly sending out new canopies with the correct embroidery. I couldn’t be more pleased. I understand mistakes happen especially during a pandemic things must be a little hectic but they came through in the long run. I would recommend this company. Mothers Lounge As someone who has done some sublimation printing myself this is a very poor quality print job

As someone who has done some sublimation printing myself this is a very poor quality print job. A took a screenshot of the design on the site and from the design to finished product you can’t even see one of the letters on the onesie hardly due to the print not being dark enough or sublimated well enough. The cost for these if you pay yourself is 100% ridiculous too. They are maybe in these onesies for $1 or $2 for their cost and to want to charge $24.95 for a onesie. This is highway robbery. But I figured what the heck you get them free except you have to paying shipping with the “free gift card” I got from my doctor’s office. Well the shipping was $14.98! I got curious today when it arrived and started researching more on shipping costs. I myself ship merchandise occasionally but not enough to warrant using a shipping company like bigger companies due that ship a lot. Well if you look at the tracking Pitney Bowe’s handles their shipping for this company. I could not find the exact rate for a poly mailers like they use for shipping on Pitney Bowe’s website so I just went straight to USPS and researched the economy shipping rates. Mind you using shipping companies like Pitney Bowe’s companies typically save more money than shipping straight through USPS. So per USPS website the standard rate for economy shipping for less than half a lb is $2.60 and up to 1 lb is $3.65. So tell me how in the world I just paid “shipping” but it cost me $14.98. This company is 100% a scam and fraud in my opinion with false advertisements of just paying shipping after you use a gift card that was “pre-purchased for you” but then they up charging so much that there is still a very large profit margin.

I started ordering from the mothers lounge when I was pregnant and in the office feeling a little overwhelmed in 2014. I was expecting my first baby and didn’t know where to start ! I had gotten an offer from the company for a car seat cover and a breast pillow for free in the mail. So I ordered my car canopy for my baby boy from the comfort of my home since I live in Ohio it was perfect for all weather and I loved the soft materials and the colors! So than I started shopping around and realized how expensive the breastfeeding pillows were so I went back to the mothers lounge to get the pillow it was super soft and me and my baby enjoyed it I brought it to the hospital with me and I had a 5 day stay there so it really came in handy with feeding him and giving my arms a break :) so after my baby wasn’t a baby anymore I had given my friends the cover and one friend the nursing pillow and they loved both of them enjoyed the product! It was good condition and lasted for their children just fine! So fast forward I had another baby boy in 2019 and I had went on to order my new car seat cover for him ! It’s a brand new style they didn’t have in 2014, so I was really excited for it to come in and I am definitely pleased with it . I used my coupon and it was free and was delivered within just a few days. My baby looks cozy In it and it’s not too hot for him. Overall I feel like I have had some really nice baby things for the boys through out the years from mothers lounge and I appreciate the budget friendly pricing and sturdiness the most ! I am not affiliated with this company in any way but the product quality is highly recommended, you wouldn’t be disappointed especially if your a first time mom .

I am writing a review for Custom Pacifiers during my online shopping experience and the review of the received order of pacifiers. I found this company online and reviewed their website. I was interested in getting unique baby items for my first grandchild due in August. I was very surprised to receiving my items in a quick manner. I was even able to track my order after the USPS label was created. When it arrived it was package nicely. No problems or defects. I did not have any trouble navigating the web site or the check out process. I felt safe and secure during check out because I was able to use my PayPal account. I have showed several members of my family the customized baby pacifiers and we all agree that they are cute. I actually gave them to the mother to be as part of her mother's day gift yesterday. She and the father really liked the pacifiers and was very surprised to see the name and image customized on the pacifiers. This is the first and only company that I have came across that lets the customer customize a baby pacifier. It was fun and easy selecting the images. I was very surprised to have some of the jungle animals that match the theme of the nursery. Highly recommend this company to new parents and also to grandparents who want to customize a gift for the new arrival. I also ordered other merchandise such as car seat canopy, privacy blanket for nursing which was great. Everything is packaged nicely. I really appreciate this company. All the purchased items I have received have been great first baby gifts to the new parents.

I received a box from similac with a bunch of gift cards with hand written amounts on them. I opened the small package and saw I had received $455 for various baby products from different locations. Included was a receipt with proof of activation and information on how much money was loaded onto which card. I start crying because i just lost my baby and this brought the very painful memory back but after I put myself together I thought there must be moms out there that could really benefit from this so I'll order and donate to women's shelters, I visited one of the various online stores. Some of the cards were from “uddercovers, seven, rufflebuns,baby leggings, nursing pillow, custom pacifiers, custom onsies and more”. Upon entering the site, a banner at the top stated that by using the promo code "FREESHIP" you could get free shipping on orders $34.95 and over. This seemed great because my gift card had just enough loaded onto it to get one item. I went to check out and entered the promo code. It took off the shipping cost and I got to the payment area. There was no option to use gift card. I go back to the cart and take the code off and see the place I can put my "gift card" information in and it takes off the amount thats on your gift card or if its less then it takes off what the subtotal is. so I proceeded to checkout only to find that the shipping was half the cost of the item. I then went to each of the other websites only to find that each website is the exact same layout and I start to do some digging and find out each of these sites is owned by the same company, Mothers Lounge, LLC. I find that they have been doing this (what I would call a marketing scam) to countless others and their card could be used as a promotional code and that regardless of the dollar amount that you wont qualify for their advertised free shipping nor could it be applied to shipping costs. Nothing on these cards says anything about being a promotion and even has hand written dollar amounts on them like a real gift card. Its a predatory marketing technique in order to get new moms to think they have just gotten this great deal but in fact they have been scammed because either you pay for the outrageous shipping and never get your items or you get the items months later but they are garbage quality not even worth $1. Shame on this company who prey upon new mothers and expecting mothers. Its inconsiderate at the least because so many pregnancys result in loss so to receive this is just heartbreaking and at the worst a legal scam! Shame on Mothers Lounge. I see your responses and you say that you are sorry but I know you aren't because you continue to do this. its harmful to the women you are preying upon, not only financially but mentally! Its utterly a shame you are allowed to continue on.

I ordered from this company's branch, Little Wanderers. They charged me about $15 for shipping, but they didn't mention that it would be an international shipment and would take more than a month and a half to arrive. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my card, but they said no. I'll gladly send back the order when it finally comes, but only if they give me a return label and refund my money.

Mothers Lounge I orderd shoes from Little Wandered on April 3rd

I orderd shoes from Little Wandered on April 3rd. They were shipped on April 5th. The delivery time was supposed to be between April 21st and May 21st. I contacted them many times through chat and all they said was to track them on www.17track.net. According to that site, they should be delivered on June 4th. But whenever I check the tracking on that site, it doesn't show anything past May 8th. It's really frustrating that it's going to take more than 2 months to receive these shoes! I definitely won't be dealing with them again!

I bought stuff from Custom Snappies and Seven Baby. The Custom Snappies stuff had some issues: 1) The fabric was messed up 2) The printing on the fabric was wrong. The Seven Baby item was a sneaky move because we gotta pay extra since we didn't get the "size protection" insurance. We ordered the right size but got a smaller one! And we gotta pay for shipping and use the original packaging just to exchange it, which costs more money.

This company sends out fake gift cards with a fake receipt indicating someone actually sent these cards. When trying to use the cards, they can't be redeemed. They won't allow you to use multiple gift cards, so you'll always have a cash balance left. It's impossible to actually use these gift cards without paying the full price for the items. They charge unreal shipping fees if you go below the gift card balance, so you end up paying the full price for the items. They target new parents who are vulnerable and flood the ComplaintsBoard.com with fake reviews. Shameful.

I ordered 4 pairs of baby shoes from Mothers Lounge LLC's Little Wanderers on Sept 25, 2020. I still haven't got them, but they charged my credit card $34.89. They didn't give me a delivery date, and when I asked, they said it would be around the end of November. My son is already 8 months old, and the shoes are for 6-12 month old babies. By the time they come, they might not fit for long, or maybe not at all. I told them to cancel the order and give me my money back since they haven't shipped it yet, but they said no. I'm really mad about this and just want my money back.

Mothers Lounge This company is like a big group of small companies

This company is like a big group of small companies. They say they're in Utah, but when you order something, it actually comes from China. I say "ships" because when I bought from their Little Wanderers brand, the tracking number never actually showed that it shipped. I complained to them for 2 months, and they said they sent me replacements, but the tracking number they gave me was fake. When I asked them about it, they said they would give me a refund, but I'm still waiting. If you check out reviews on Facebook and other sites, it seems like this is what they always do. Most people say they don't get their products, and if they do, they say the products are terrible and nothing like what they advertise.

The product don't fit the item description on website. Once the company was notified they just dismissed it by trying to blame us for them not knowing anything about babies. They think 3 month babies are 6 lbs or something. I've seen their response to other people claiming they would assist them but honestly they only say that here, I can tell because when I contacted their customer service about them sending us the wrong size they simply blamed it on us. Found out later that they have some size insurance and if you dont get that you cant do any exchanges. How about they get the size right the first time... 3-6 months should fit any 3-6 month old as it states. I will consider taking legal action because this just ridiculous and I don't think other people should be SCAMMED!

Mothers Lounge I got 2 nursing pillows from their website

I got 2 nursing pillows from their website. The pillows are smaller than what they say on their website. The site says 20-22 inches from left to right. I only measure 18 in. From top to bottom, the site says 14-15 in, but it's less than 13 in. Thickness is the only measurement that's somewhat accurate. I contacted the company twice for a refund through their website chat but they wouldn't admit to the false advertising and wouldn't refund me. They also denied receiving my email with pictures of the product and measurements. When I reported them on paypal and ComplaintsBoard.com, they finally responded and asked me to send back the product for a refund, but they wouldn't give me a shipping label. They kept saying I had to return the product for a refund but still wouldn't pay for shipping.

On March 21, I ordered a nursing cover from Udder Covers and a carseat canopy from Carseat Canopy. I didn't realize until April 12th that these companies are actually the same business. I called on April 12th and spoke with Breeann T. about my orders. She said both packages were shipped out on March 23rd but they might be lost. I contacted USPS and gave them the tracking numbers. USPS told me they haven't received the packages, only the tracking information was created, and they don't have the orders from Carseat Canopy or Udder Covers. Now I'm discovering that this company is running a scam using multiple names. I paid $14.97 for the nursing cover and $15.97 for the carseat canopy. I've already informed my cash card about this scam pretending to be a legitimate business. All I want now is a refund of $30.94 for the two orders I placed. I have more pictures and responses from USPS, but I couldn't upload them here.

I placed an order on March 18, 2022, and they said it would arrive between March 27 and March 31. The order number is LW. ***. I ordered "CANVAS SNEAKERS" and got scammed for $17.96 in "SHIPPING". They never sent me an email saying that my package was shipped. On April 21, 2022, I contacted the company after checking the tracking information. The package was sent back to the manufacturer. I asked for a refund from the company, and *** replied, "As our site says when you fill out your shipping info: 'Our packages can't be sent to a different address if you change it. The shipping address you enter must be the final destination of the shipment.' I'm sorry for the inconvenience." That's all fine, but they should have delivered the package on time. I didn't change my address until April 2022. This company profits from sneaky tactics to make sure customers don't get their products or get refunds for products that never arrive. Please check out this company and their strange ways of making money.

I ordered girls shoes from Little Wanderers, a part of Mother's Lounge, on March 14th. It's been a while, and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed customer service three times about this issue. The first response I got told me to wait until the end of April, as the order should be delivered by then. They also gave me the same tracking number as in my original purchase email and told me to type it into Google to track the package. I had already been trying to track the package, but there was no change in its status since March 20th. I typed the number into Google, but there was still no update on the package's status.

After waiting until the end of April, I sent another email asking about the package. They told me once again that it's on its way and asked me to type the tracking number into another website called 17track.net. However, this website also didn't show any updates or changes to the package since March 20th. It's been over two months since I ordered the shoes, and I still don't have them. I understand that the shoes are coming from China, but the original delivery time stated that they should arrive within a month, not two. These are baby shoes, and babies grow quickly. By the time the shoes arrive, they probably won't even fit the child.

In my third email to the business, I asked for a refund, but they denied it. They provided me with the same tracking information and told me to keep waiting.

Mothers Lounge I got some "gift cards" from my local hospital

I got some "gift cards" from my local hospital. I was excited and tried to use them for shopping. But I was shocked to see that the shipping cost for the items I wanted to buy was very high. It was even higher than the price of similar items on my registry. The shipping cost was around $15, which is a lot for an item weighing less than a pound. I contacted customer support and they told me that I could get free shipping if I shopped on "Canopy Couture". But the problem was that the gift cards couldn't be used there, so they were basically useless. If I had used the gift cards, I would have had to spend at least $150. It's strange that each gift card is advertised as its own company or website when that's not true. I think the way these gift cards are offered and meant to be used is unfair to new mothers. They get new mothers excited about potential deals, only to be scammed with high shipping costs or redirected to a website where the gift cards don't work. I compared prices for every item and found much cheaper options of the same or better quality from other reputable retailers. It's clear that they use these gift cards to lure people to their website and hope they will either pay for the expensive shipping or go to the main website for free shipping but without being able to use the gift cards. It's a classic case of bait and switch. This shouldn't be allowed. We were lucky that we didn't have to rely on these gift cards, but many expecting mothers start with nothing and struggle to get everything they need. Misleading them like this for profit is terrible. I won't be ordering from any of their companies because of this, and I've also heard complaints from others who fell for this scam and didn't receive the items they paid for.

I went to my doctors appointment and got a grab bag sponsored by Aetna. I opened it and found a pack of cards and a note saying "Congrats". I thought it was coupons, but it turned out to be gift cards. I opened the package and saw that I won $455 for baby stuff from different places. I chatted with the live support on a different website (rufflebuns.com) and asked about using a gift card with $60 on a $25 purchase. They told me their "gift card" was just a promo code, not a real gift card. Their card could only be used as a promo code and I wouldn't qualify for the advertised free shipping or have it applied to shipping costs, no matter the amount. These cards don't say anything about being a promo and even have handwritten dollar amounts like real gift cards. I looked up this business and found out they've done this before and were told to stop by the ComplaintsBoard.com, but now they're doing it again.

I made purchases from custom snappies and little wanderer's.the items are of extremely poor quality. All of the onesies I purchased either have ink bleeds, stains, pulls in the fabric or a combination of all three. I contacted the company because I would like to return said items at no cost to me and receive a refund but they will not accommodate my request. The shoes I ordered from little wanderers are very cheaply made and are not baby sizes. They are huge. Also unable to send these awful items back for a refund. Highly dissatisfied with the products that arrived.

Mothers Lounge The seller is thief and refuses to return money

The company www.carseatcanopy.com is total crap so don’t buy from them or you will lose money. The seller took money for my order and sent me nothing in return. When I asked for the full refund, the seller refused and told me that their policy didn’t allow them to return money to the customers. So they are liars, scammers and jerks. Be careful and better avoid them. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
