The time it took for my order to arrive was real fast. There was a lil' issue with one thing, but they fixed it right away. The customer service was top-notch. I totally recommend this company. They're the bomb.

This place is like a dream come true for folks who live off the grid and love homesteading. You can find all sorts of goodies here, like grain mills, cutlery, foodstuffs, juice presses, and even corn shellers. I haven't made a purchase from them just yet, but I'm definitely planning to do so real soon. Honestly, I reckon you can trust them just by looking at the wide range of products they offer. They got something for everyone, I tell ya.

I recently purchased a Famaj Mixer from PleasantHillGrain for a whopping $4K. Unfortunately, the item broke shortly after, but to my dismay, it was already past the 30-day return period. They did offer to take it back, but here's the catch - I had to pay for the original outbound shipping and the return shipping, which amounted to a total of over $1500. Can you believe it? They advertise free shipping for items over $75, but that's just a scam, my friend.

To add insult to injury, since the mixer was still under warranty for a year, they decided to ship me parts to fix the machine myself. Can you imagine that? They didn't even bother to take a look at the broken machine before blaming my generator power for the issue. According to them, this mixer is so sensitive to generator power, but there was no mention of this in the Famag paperwork. It's like they're playing both sides of the coin, you know?

But wait, it gets even crazier. They actually had the audacity to send me all these parts and tell me to replace them myself. I'm talking about switches, power buttons, the entire control board, safety switches - everything! They literally just expected me to do it all on my own. Can you believe the nerve of these people?

And here's the cherry on top of this whole mess. They informed me that the only way to get it serviced under warranty is to ship it back to them, and guess what? It would cost me almost $800 just for the shipping alone. And that's not all, my friend. After they fix it, I would have to pay for the return shipping as well. This is the biggest scam I've ever encountered. They're trying to recoup their "free shipping" and return shipping costs by taking advantage of unsuspecting customers like me. It's absolutely pathetic.

So, here I am, facing a $4000 loss because my only option is to spend $780 each way just to get it to them for warranty work. It's a total nightmare, my friend. I strongly advise you to stay away from purchasing any large items from these people. They clearly have no intention of honoring their warranty plan without draining your pockets of hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. Don't fall for their shady advertisements and deceptive practices. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable seller.
