Pink Boutique Mixed Feelings: Pink Boutique's Quality vs. Sale Frustration

So, I've been a fan of Pink Boutique for a while now and I gotta say, their clothes are pretty good quality for the price. But, I recently bought four bikinis for my vacay and guess what? A few weeks later, all four of them are on sale! Like, seriously? It's kinda frustrating that the ones I bought are the ones that went down in price so soon after I got them. It's kinda put me off shopping there for a bit, ya know?

Pink Boutique Stay Away from Pink Boutique: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service

AT ALL COSTS!

Pink Boutique is a company that I would never recommend to anyone. Their products are not up to par and their customer service is terrible. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase and when I tried to return it, I was met with resistance and unhelpful staff. It's no surprise that they have disabled their reviews on Facebook, as they clearly don't want people to know the truth about their poor quality products and service.

When there are so many amazing companies out there like Missguided and Boohoo, there's no reason to even consider using Pink Boutique. I would highly advise people to shop around and find a company that actually cares about their customers and provides quality products. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this company, it's just not worth it. So, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company, look elsewhere and avoid Pink Boutique at all costs!

Pink Boutique Disappointing Experience with Pink Boutique: Sizing and Quality Control Issues

So, I decided to give Pink Boutique a try and ordered a pair of track pants and a skirt. When I received my order, I was disappointed to see that the track pants looked nothing like the photo on the site. They were broken with a hole in one of the legs side seems. The skirt was also a letdown as it was way too big near my knees and too small near my waist. I ordered a size 10, but it seems like the sizing was off as I have a size 6 waist. I'm really confused about this.

Overall, I feel like I wasted my money as I can't wear any of the pieces I bought. It's a shame because I was really excited to try this site out, but now I'm hesitant to order from them again. I hope they can improve their quality control and sizing accuracy in the future.

Pink Boutique Beware of Pink Boutique: Poor Quality and Insulting Refund Offer

So, I decided to give Pink Boutique a try and ordered a dress from them. But let me tell you, I was not impressed with what I received. The dress was not at all what I had seen in the advertisement and the quality was just poor. I was so disappointed!

When I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, they offered me a measly 10% refund. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, do they really think I'm that gullible? I was insulted by their offer and decided to never order from them again.

I just want to warn everyone out there to stay away from Pink Boutique. They are a complete rip off and not worth your time or money. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company, look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did. BEWARE!

Pink Boutique Disappointing Experience with Pink Boutique: Poor Customer Service and Late Delivery

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Pink Boutique. I ordered some shirts about a month ago, and they were supposed to be here over a week ago. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. And when I called to ask about my package, the person who answered the phone was a young lady who was, like, super unprofessional. Not cool, Pink Boutique, not cool.

And then, to make matters worse, when I called back a few times to try and find out where my package was, they just sent me straight to voicemail after, like, two rings. I mean, seriously? That's just not good customer service.

Overall, I gotta say, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Pink Boutique Buyer Beware: Pink Boutique's Refund Policy is a Scam

I bought 5 dresses from Pink Boutique for my daughter's prom, hoping she'd find the perfect one. Unfortunately, she only liked one of them, so I had to return the other 4. I was only refunded for 2 of them, though, and was told that the other 2 were stained with fake tan. I don't know how that could be possible, but now I'm out of pocket for 3 dresses instead of just 1. It's really frustrating and makes me wonder if they're just trying to scam people. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Just be careful if you decide to shop here.

Pink Boutique Terrible Customer Service at Pink Boutique - Avoid at All Costs

Let me tell you, Pink Boutique is not the place to go if you're looking for good customer service. I had a terrible experience with them recently. I wanted to return a product that I had purchased, but they refused to give me a refund. They claimed that I had stained the product with fake tan, even though I hadn't even tried it on yet! Can you believe that? They accused me of lying and said that the product couldn't have gotten stained on its own because there are only men working in the warehouse. What kind of excuse is that?

I tried to explain to them that the product must have been stained somewhere in the process, but they didn't want to hear it. They were so rude and dismissive, it was unbelievable. I've never experienced such terrible customer service before. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Honestly, I would never shop at Pink Boutique again after this experience. It's just not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I would recommend going somewhere else. Don't waste your time with Pink Boutique.

Pink Boutique Disappointing Service and Accusations from Pink Boutique - A Review

I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before placing my order with Pink Boutique. I was really excited to receive my two dresses, but unfortunately they were both too big. I decided to send them back and was disappointed to find out that they were stuck in the depot for a whole week before they finally reached Pink Boutique.

After waiting patiently, I received one refund but was shocked to find out that the other dress was returned to me due to being marked. I was really confused because when I sent it back, there wasn't a single mark on it. However, when I received it back, there was a huge shoe print inside at the top. The thing is, none of us own shoes like that, so I have no idea how it got there.

I reached out to Pink Boutique to explain the situation, but they accused me of wearing the dress and refused to give me a refund. I was so upset because I had not worn the dress at all - it was way too big for me! It's really frustrating when a company blatantly calls you a liar and refuses to help you out.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the service I received from Pink Boutique. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out their clothes, but now I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Pink Boutique Warning: Do Not Shop at Pink Boutique - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order from Pink Boutique. I mean, their website looks pretty cool and they've got some pretty cute stuff. So, I ordered two items back in May and I was super stoked to get them. But, it's been THREE WHOLE MONTHS and I still haven't gotten my stuff! What the heck, man?

I've been emailing back and forth with this lady named Jasmin and let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the butt. I've asked for a refund FOUR TIMES and she keeps giving me the runaround. First, she said my stuff was on its way, but I never got any tracking info. Then, she said there was some kind of issue with my address. And THEN, she said my stuff had already been shipped out. Like, what the heck is going on here?

The worst part is that she never even bothered to tell me any of this stuff in the first place. I had to send her multiple emails just to get any kind of information. And now, I'm starting to worry that she took my $80 and never even shipped my stuff. And to top it all off, she won't even give me a refund! I'm so mad right now, I can't even tell you.

So, let me just say this: DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Pink Boutique might look cool, but they're a total ripoff.

Pink Boutique Disappointing Experience with Pink Boutique: Wrong Item Twice and Slow Refund Process

So, I gotta tell ya, my first experience with Pink Boutique wasn't the best. They sent me the wrong item, but I didn't bother to return it. I just kept it and moved on with my life. But, after a few years, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a pair of rose gold heels, but what did they send me? A pair of black heels! I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the color right?

I had to send the shoes back and wait all day for them to redeliver the correct pair. And guess what? They sent me the same black shoes again! I was so frustrated. And to top it off, they wouldn't even refund me right away. I had to wait 5 whole working days to get my money back.

Honestly, this company is a joke. I don't even know if I can call it a store when they can't even send you what you actually ordered. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Went to Pink store to purchase items on a one day sale yesterday, October 30 at 7:02pm. As I was about to enter the store I was stopped and told they were closed. At first I thought she was kidding, but she pointed to a sign on the floor that had store hours 11:30 - 7:00pm. This is different hours than what is on their website at this particular store...

Pink Boutique burgundy jumpsuit

I placed an order thursday 21st february on a jumpsuit I payed for next day delivery. As I was going out the night after to which I needed the jumpsuit to wear that night! We are now on sunday and I still havnt got my item. I'm not happy at all with the service £30 and £4 for next day delivery out of pocket and no item! I will not be ordering from pink boutique again and I want a full refund!

Pink Boutique delivery

I ordered a dress of pink boutique last Thursday. I got an email on Wednesday to say it would delivered to my address on that day. Still no sign of it today Saturday so I went to track my parcel and on it said the parcel had been signed for in Portarlington. I love in Portlaoise and I didn't sign for any parcel. I'm very upset as this was my Christmas outfit and I never had a problem with pink boutique before

Pink Boutique venetian nights black culotte jumpsuit

I purchased this jumpsuit last week, it was delivered to me on Tuesday. I had worn this jumpsuit for a 15 minutes, in which I hadn't even left home, and one of the straps snapped on the jumpsuit. I am very disappointed in this as I was expecting it to be a good quality jumpsuit and for one of the straps to snap as quickly as it did means that I am unlikely to purchase any products from you again. I would appreciate if you contacted me regarding further action towards this problem and would appreciate a refund to help this. Pink Boutique service

I placed an order on 27th June and received it nearly 6 days later .. also upon arrival the package did not require a signature and was infact just freely handed over to my partner without any questioning. I then returned 2/4 items on the 17th July as they looked nothing like the photo to which I sent recorded and after checking my Royal Mail delivery it was shown as signed for a week later so at this point binned my receipt and awaited refund. After not hearing anything at all for over a month I sent an email to "customer care" team who sent me back a pretty useless email telling me to wait a further 7-10 working days. Again this evening nearly 9 weeks after placing my original order I sent a further email querying my return and refund, to which I received a very cheeky email back from this so called customer care team .. this girl's service was disgusting and yet here I am again no further on with my refund !

Pink Boutique order number: [protected]

I ordered this product on the 27/07 paying extra for next day delivery. I DID NOT receive this order on the 28/07 as expected dispite recieving correspondence to state my item would be delivered 12.35-13.35am. I cancelled work and waited at home for this parcel! On the 29/07 I went to the dpd depot in at da1 1jq they send me to da1 4fl who were closed. I also returned back here on the 30/07 and again they were closed! On the 31/07 I went on holiday which is the reason why i purchased this dress. As you can see this has been an unpleasant experience, I am very unhappy with the service I have recieve and would expect to be compensated for my inconvience. Please refund the next day delivery cost and the sum of 7 for time missed at work and petrol to run around searching for my parcel. If this sum is not refunded back to me by the 8th August I will be forced to take this futher.

Pink Boutique sizes

I have ordered a lovely dress from Pink Boutique website and when I made my order I followed all the instruction and picked the size according to their size chart.
When my dress finally arrived not only it looked nothing like picture but it was also at least two sizes bigger than I expected! When I contacted customer service they said that I picked the wrong size and literally they said it was my fault.
I asked for a smaller size and they said that they don't do exchanges. They said that I can send the dress back in order to get a refund. So I paid some extra money for the return shipping and sent the dress back.
I never got my money back and when I contacted customer service they claimed that refund was issued a long time ago. I contacted my back and asked them to check and they said that there was no money transferred to my bank account by Pink Boutique. Contacted them again and they refused to listen! These people are scammers! Do not buy anything from Pink Boutique!

Pink Boutique their customer services is scam

I ordered some stuff from the website www.pinkboutique.com. I received all confirmation info and was really disappointed, ‘coz my parcel was lost. I contacted the customer services and the agent was really useless. She promised to check my order and it took about 20 minutes, and I waited on the phone all this time. Later she told that she would call me back, ‘coz she needed to speak with the manager. After that I never heard from her. Don’t buy from them and post comments.
