Every since August, I haven't been able to log in to my account. I contacted them but the problem still persists. I keep getting the following error message (see image attached). I removed my email for privacy concern:

The email and password you entered is not valid.
Please try again.
I get a message asking me to reply if the problem persists. I did and got a message telling me to contact them thru their website. I replied thru their online web form and get the following message:
Whoops!
The email or password you entered is not valid. Please try again.
It seems like I'm being blocked on purpose. Either Pinecone Research is closing down or they want remove certain members. If you're experiencing the same problem, try to access your account and use your points because this isn't a good sign.
Claimed loss: Multiple surveys that I haven't been able to take because I can't log in.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and access to my account again.
