It has been 14 months and no check! Account shows they should pay me $125 I have contacted them 6 months ago why I have not received a check. They told me vendors were slow to pay. It has been 14 months since I have received a check. I just want the $125 my account shows. They are making money off of me and I want to get paid what I was promised.

Cashback not Received and Customer Service does not respond. Please see attached for documentation showing I should receive 15% cashback on my hotel reservation from 7/30 to 8/3. I have emailed their customer service with no response. I should receive 15% of $675.40 which is $101.31. Confirmation number for the reservation is included in the attached document as well.

I used this app/extension for years to build up to the withdraw point only for them to put roadblocks in my way to never collect. I have been using this extension for several years trying to get to a cash out point. I have been at their 25$ cash out point for over a year. Ive tried dealing with their customer service several times. They either say its fixed and do nothing or they say its been handed to a supervisor but they still do nothing. They say you cant get paid until your total reaches $25 and everything is in a confirmed status,but when I pointed out a transaction has been sitting uncleared since 11/30 they said its handled but it never is. Now there are two other clicks pending from December and January meaning I still can not cash out. My last contact or should I say attempt at contact was on July 17th and they said they were including their "senior executive" in my message and they once again did nothing. I just want my $25 Ive been working towards for literally 4 years.
