I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical about PickYourShoes at first. I mean, are their shoes even legit? But after doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to take the plunge and order a pair of sneakers that had sold out everywhere else. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed.

The shoes arrived in a timely manner and were definitely the real deal. I was so excited to finally have these hype shoes in my collection. And the best part? They were at a reasonable price, too.

I've since ordered a few more pairs from PickYourShoes and have had nothing but positive experiences. The selection is great and the prices are fair. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I had a question about sizing and they were quick to respond and help me out.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at PickYourShoes. I mean, I was really excited to get some new kicks, but when I got my order, it was like they were straight up fake. Like, come on, man. I don't want to be walking around in some knockoff shoes. That's just embarrassing.

And don't even get me started on the service. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of help from these guys. I had a question about my order and it took forever to get a response. And when I finally did, it was like they didn't even read my message. So frustrating.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this place. It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I wish I had.

I found PickYourShoes telephone number and email address and tried to contact this company many times with no luck getting a reply. I've purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from them and received an incorrect size one. Shoes were too small and there was no way I could wear them.
I was really impressed with the quality, it was great. I wanted to send the incorrect ones back in order to get an exchange for a bigger size, but I first I need to contact PickYourShoes support team. Since they don't reply and don't pick up the phone I have no idea will they accept them back and will I get a replacement.

I bought a pair of jordans. everything was great. i got them in less than a week, with a little steven nash toy, wich i thought was an amazing touch. the shoes look, and i want to emphize on LOOK, great. however, i put them on only once, went to my friends house, and when i came back notice that the yellow on both shoes began to crack. THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE, do to the fact that i had already put the shoes on. BS...BS, not sure about other shoes, but do not get the jordan retro 3 do the right thing verstion from this site...RIP OFF...RIP OFF.

I purchased shoes from them on 2/08 and received them on 2/15. had to return them because they were too big and followed the return instructions on the website. they advise 10 business days for the credit. I sent emai with track number and they respond want description of box they signed for to find my return! my emails are not being responded to and the customer service number is never answered! please dont buy anything from this company I entered dispute with my credit card company

NO NO NO! Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas...ordered the wrong size...returned them...took them 12 days to get back to me to even let me know they got my shoes (after many times trying to call them) had to pay another shipping charge of $12 to get them returned and STILL haven't received them! Can't talk to a live person (ever). All I want is the shoes I have paid for (plus $12 shipping... twice) and I will NEVER do business with this company again!
