Made appointment with Kim yesterday (cost and process clearly explained) and Brandon came out today. Brandon communicated 30 minutes prior to arrival. Carpet fully analyzed and we determined level of service. Process completely explained. Carpet looks great. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you Kim and Brandon.

We had several carpets cleaned today by a very nice young man. He did an excellent job and was worried that the pet stains on our carpet might not come out. The carpet looks excellent. We have a large wool rug that our puppy very quietly chewed a small hole right in the middle of the rug. Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning did a fantastic job of reweaving the hole and matching the color of the rug perfectly. It's a beautiful rug and although I would like to put it back down in the living room, I'm going to keep it stored hoping that the dog will outgrow her bad habit in a few months. I don't know that name of the lady who did he repair, but her work is amazing. I highly recommend their services.
