PHMG review: Should be 0 stars

From the get go, this company is shady. They long term contracts and then they don't contact you in hopes you forget about the service. We tried to contact them numerous times and they were ignoring all emails and correspondence making it impossible to cancel the contract. We tried numerous times to cancel and they still tried to charge us from a contract signed over 10 years ago by someone not even with the company any longer. You won't have to review them much longer as AI is completely taking over their business and everyone knows there is no demand for any professional audio any more at least none that you need to pay for. I could create a professional audio message in 30 seconds for free with any number of the free ai models. In any case, if you are even remotely thinking of using this company, I would think twice and three times. You will never be able to cancel.
