PHMG review: Enforcing autorenewal for 3 more years when they were told in 2023 we wanted to cancel and end things

Signed in 2023 and QUICKLY realized what we were going to get was NOT going to be worth the cost and inquired about canceling. If you cancel they still want 90% of contract cost. So basically you are stuck the full term or pay them and get nothing. Knew contract was ending in February 2026 so let them know 30 days ahead that we absolutely do not want to renew in any fashion. They dropped their 42 day notice and said you are already renewed for another 3 years. Explained to them they have known since 2023 that we wanted to end things with them. They are being unwilling to allow us to leave. They did not email us that contract will auto renew and that if you do not want that to occur then you must let them know by certain date. They don't want to let us go because if they make an exception then who else would they have to give the exception to. While talking to them trying to end things sales staff was pushing that they could shift the money to other services and help us maximize things so that we will feel like we are getting the best value for what we pay. Simply want contract to end in February 2026 as expected, we already stuck out 3 years with them knowing we did not want to.
