Worst customer service ever! I've been calling your CS line, sending you emails and wwas able to talk to one of your supervisor to ask for assistance to cancel the plan upgrade I did not authorize but no one can help me! CS rep will put you on hold for 10 minutes until it takes forever as they cannot resolve the issue. I was only about to cancel the upgrade but you forced me to end the entire service! Supervisor cannot do anything about the cancelation and bringing back the old plan that I am paying for! I have made it clear from the beginning that I will not pay you no more if you will not resolve my please! Do not me anymore billings! I will not pay for it!
