Pettable

Great service! I was in a difficult situation as I was relocating and the new management company required a letter that was less than a year old. Thankfully, I was able to quickly go through the process with pettable and receive my ESA letter the following day. They really helped alleviate some of the stress I had about the move. On March 17th, 2022, I paid Pettable *** a total of $199 for a doctor's note for my dog. However, I received confirmation that they were providing an Emotional Support Dog (ESD) letter instead of the letter I had agreed to and paid for. I have the confirmation email with my order number #***, which clearly states that payment secures a consultation for 2X letters: 1 for housing and 1 for travel. It also promises a full refund if I don't get approved for a letter. When I contacted their support to clarify that I wanted a letter specifically for my dog and not an ESD letter, they refused to confirm and kept insisting on the ESD letter. I requested a refund and was only given a partial refund of $169, with the remaining $30 claimed as an Administration Fee. I decided to file a chargeback with my bank, as their confirmation email stated that I would receive a $100 refund if they didn't provide the letter. However, they have contested my filing and have been unhelpful. This company is a scam. They falsely advertise services that they cannot guarantee or deliver, and they refuse to provide the level of service they promised or issue a refund. I will continue to pursue my $30 refund, as their administration team has been dishonest about their products.

The whole process was smooth. I feel like my issues were listened to and worked out a great gameplan going forward. Ironically I was stressing the process but there was no need to be anxious. So greatful for Rhiana taking the time to know my situation, provide a path forward, and address my questions. Cannot recommend enough!

The process was very simple and fast. I was nervous for the consultation but the provider I was connected with really helped me through it. They made me feel heard and provided guidance. Even after the consultation I was able to reach out with questions and received a fast response. I am very appreciative and would 100% recommend.

Chris was so easy to talk to! He was super helpful and understanding and walked me through everything which made me not as anxious. I got my letter super fast and he reminded me that if I have any problems to contact him. I'm so so relieved I was able to get my ESA letter, I really needed it, I am so thankful for Pettable and Chris.

Our assigned SW was great, helped us with the exact documentation we needed, and happily adjusted it to what small changes needed to be made. She was lovely and understanding. I think the prices is reasonable given that a licensed therapist spends more than and hour to speak with client and writes the needed documentation. Would recommend to anyone.

Smooth understanding process. I was struggling with travel and needed guidance to get my trained dog certified to fly. They were quick, I was able to schedule an appt with a doctor that worked best for me, I had my letter within the hour. My doctor had similar mental issues as me and was able to understand on a personal level. Great experience all around.

I was really worried about not getting a ESA letter quick from my provider because of the holiday’s and I really needed It in order to move in my new place and I answered the questions here and made app and literally In 1 day they send my letter very professional. I am really happy with my service and the therapist was very professional and heard all of my concerns. Thank you guys.

This was so affirming! My therapist went on maternity leave and the therapist I was to work with interim didn’t have availability until several months later. Pettable was so valuable! The customer service was impressive and the therapist that worked with me had a letter typed up within hours. The therapist let me know I was eligible before the end of the appointment. There’s pre-work beforehand to help you put together your thoughts and be ready to meet with the therapist. I have actually already recommended this service.

Such an easy process and very professional. My issue is with the inconsistency of therapists. My friend and I both got letters from here within weeks of eachother and had different therapists. Her letter has no expiration date, while mine is only good for a year. We have the same recommendations and nearly the same letter, it just sucks that I will be back in 1 year paying again.

Pettable did everything they said they would do ,The initial set up and follow up was professional . The specialist who reviewed the information was thorough and experienced .She also sent the required paperwork that would satisfy the airline company and custom officers that provided all background medical information and her professional qualification experience issuing the certificate that was necessary.Thank you .

The counselor who worked with me was a caring woman named ***. She helped me through recalling so many of the things that got me to the point of needing these furries that make my life a lot brighter. She listened as I sobbed away and gave me words of comfort. I felt a real bond with *** and felt better once my furries were approved. The document was emailed to me shortly after she informed me that everything was approved. I had peace of mind. Terrible. Did everything required. Paid $149.00. Had interview with scheduled counselor and never heard anything again. I guess it is a good way to make money. Since we did not receive any type of letter stating my husband needs our two little dog for support. He went to *** and had a letter written since he knew his health. We should have done this to begin with. Sorry I cannot recommend your organization. Therefore I can only give you one star.

All staff that I contacted were helpful, concerned and efficient. The therapist that was assigned to me was friendly, professional, compassionate and helpful. They were also extremely easy to talk to and I truly felt that I could "be myself" when sharing personal issues. I was told that they could be contacted if I needed any further assistance regarding the letter and its information. The process was quick and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this service/website.

I got what I needed and that was a PSA certificate..that I had to print out myself,, Thank You Pettable.. Just what I needed.. When I got my ESA permit from another company I got the gold embossed certificate in a folder.. A handy wallet card to use..A red harness with velcro strips saying "Support Animal" "Service Animal"..ESA no longer gets your dog on a plane.. PSA is what Pettable offered and it was fast and easy.. I can't begin to express my gratitude to Pettable! I was facing a $500 fine for a pet violation, a $250 pet deposit and a $50 a month pet rent. As I am on a fixed income, I figured I would have to rehome my Lily. Thanks to Pettable, the fine was removed, I don't have to pay a deposit or pet rent! Michelle was amazing and took the time to really get to know me and my mental health issues. And it was fast! I had the letter within 24 hours. And the price was very reasonable. I'm so happy knowing Lily and I can remain together. Thank you so much Pettable!

IT IS TRUE! IT IS TRUE! I decided to bet $200 on Pettable thinking it might not work. I followed all the steps, but with skepticism. Pettable's response was right on schedule, just as promised. I got the letter in 24 hours. The letter itself is written in very professional language, with legitimate letterhead from the practitioner and license. I was still very anxious and scared that the letter might not be accepted. I made an appointment with my property manager to deliver it. I saw him read it. He read it very carefully and checked for details to make sure it was a legitimate letter. He accepted the right away. I am so excited and happy that the letter will now allow me to bring my baby pet home. It is true. It is true.

I filled out the questionnaire on the Pettable website. It asked how many dogs I had, and I answered 3, then I selected the $149 plan. I didn't necessarily need a letter for all dogs, but specifically one which is under a breed restriction, and puts me over my two dog limit. I received a message from *** with questions I needed to answer, and I completed that. However the following morning I was shocked to see I had an additional $79 bill. Apparently there is a fee for a third pet. Why she didn't state this in the original message, I do not understand. I kept getting the back and forth with *** and customer service, because it does not state on the Pettable website that there is a fee, let alone $79 fee, for an additional dog. *** sent me a link to a blog post, number 59 out of 100, stating there is an additional cost, but I wouldn't have even known that existed unless she linked it. In addition, no fee is mentioned. *** from customer service sent a picture, not an actual link, of an FAQ trying to support their statement. That actual FAQ does not exist on their website. The complete lack of transparency suggests a bait and switch. On top of this, the letter I received from *** looked slightly unprofessional and droned on instead of just stating the actual facts. I forwarded the letter to my lawyer, who then requested that some of the wording needed to be re-written. I asked *** if she could make basic word changes, and even to just include the one dog. Instead, she told me to contact their legal department. I told her I already had legal counsel, and just needed some wording changed, again no response and no action. Now I am stuck hoping and praying that the letter I paid $149 for is adequate enough when I go to court on Monday, because I'm facing eviction. This just adds to my existing stress. It seems like Pettable is just in the business of making money and churning though clients.
