Pettable review: ESA letter

I have been using service for 4 years with not much of a problem until now. Did everything required of me in October 2025. Did the phone interview with so called therapist. Received an approval letter. Went to submit to landlord and they were unable to reach company. When they did, they were told I did not meet requirements. After giving me an approval letter that I have proof of. Emailed therapist and he basically dismissed me and had a link to reschedule with him Not going to happen. Pettable , basically said I can file a complaint. This is ridiculours.
