PetStock review: Customer service

I was unloading my purchases at the counter & chatting with the service rep. There were 2 workers at the register (3 including the worker who was processing my order), packing up for the day and saying goodnight to each other. Before the older worker walked out she called the other 2 workers the N word.
I was so shocked at hearing that word that I didn’t say anything at the time.
I am absolutely disgusted that this language was used, and that this worker felt comfortable enough to use this language at work & in front of customers. Unfortunately I couldn’t see a name tag.

Due to this I am reconsidering purchasing from PetStock in the future.
I had spent over $260 during this incident & spent just under $400 a few days prior.
