Pets4Homes review: Locked out of my account and no corrispondance except to say my account is locked. No explanation

I have been in the process of buying a kitten but suddenly my account has been blocked. I have constantly emailed the organisation for five days apart from the standard email back saying they are looking into it I have had no correspondence.
This is very inconvenient.
I am now going to have to pay through bank transfer instead of having all the benefits of this so called company.
I have tried to find a phone number but no numbers exist even for the parent company.
This is a very poor service. I know I made a complaint a while ago about the deposit. Their web sitye said that it would be refundable but apparently it is not. Only if the pet is ill will they refund the deposit. It is a scam. I paid for the service and now I am not getting any.
