PetMountain Nightmare !

Pet Mountain sent me a defective light unit with a used bulb (dark bands on ends)- neither worked. I called Pet Mountain and learned of their irritatingly inconvenient return policy. I guess I eat $60, an expensive lesson learned : NEVER ORDER FROM PET MOUNTAIN AGAIN ! Also, shipping took super long, only to be totally dissatisfied.

Defective T5 UVB fixture with a used up bulb -neither worked.

Recommendation: Shop elsewhere if you want products that are unused and not broken

PetMountain Terrible Customer Service and Website Issues at PetMountain - Don't Waste Your Time!

Man oh man, I was trying to order some stuff from PetMountain but the website was giving me a real headache. Attempted to place my order multiple times but had no luck. Then, I thought I'd reach out to customer support but after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone, I got hung up on. Major bummer. Tried calling again but this time, all I got was an automated message telling me to leave a message. I went ahead and left one, but I never got a call back. How frustrating is that? Definitely not gonna bother with PetMountain anymore, don't wanna waste any more of my time. Stay clear of this site, folks.

PetMountain Disappointing Experience with PetMountain & Trying Chewy - A Review

We had some issues with PetMountain lately. We ordered a few things and didn't always get what we were looking for, and when we tried to complain, things got a bit muddled. They claimed they were sending us a replacement, but instead we received a credit. While we're happy to have our money back, it certainly wasn't what we were expecting.

To make matters worse, the shipper left our order in the driveway, despite the fact that the door was less than three feet away. This made us pretty nervous, since anyone could have walked off with our package before we even had a chance to see it. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from PetMountain again in the future.

Instead, we're giving Chewy a try. Hopefully their service will be better than PetMountain's, and we'll be able to get what we want without any additional headaches. Fingers crossed!

PetMountain Disappointing Experience with PetMountain: Misleading Product Information and Delivery Issues

First off, let me tell you about my experience with PetMountain. I had been searching for cat scratchers that were made in the USA and came across the Kong brand on their website. I was excited to purchase these scratchers as they were advertised as being made in the USA.

However, when I received the scratchers, I noticed that on the back it stated "Manufactured in China." This was quite disappointing as I specifically wanted a product that was made in the USA. It's not great to feel misled like that.

On top of this disappointment, I had a bit of trouble with the delivery of my package. The FedEx delivery person had my package, but was about to return it because there was no street address listed. Luckily, I asked if he had my package and was able to receive it, but it's frustrating to think that it could have been returned if I hadn't asked.

Overall, my experience with PetMountain was not great. Between the misleading information about where the scratchers were made and the delivery issues, I don't think I would use them again in the future.

PetMountain PetMountain's Shipping and Customer Service Fails to Deliver

I gotta tell ya, PetMountain left me fuming! I mean, what's up with their shipping? They say they'll send out yer order before noon, but that's just a load of hooey! I waited like a day and a half before they even asked Fed Ex for a tracking number! And then, get this, they sent one of my packages all the way to LA when I'm right here in San Diego! It's been like four days and I'm still waiting for it. Don't even get me started on their customer service. I couldn't get in touch with 'em for the life of me! It was like hollerin' into the void. I tell ya, I wouldn't use this site again for all the gold in the world.

PetMountain PetMountain Customer Service Disrespectful & Late Deliveries: A Review

PetMountain was a total letdown for me. I had high hopes of finding some good deals on pet supplies but instead, faced major disappointment. My orders were delivered late even though I paid extra for faster shipping. Can you believe that? And to make things worse, when I reached out to customer service, they didn't even offer any kind of refund. Instead, I was accused of lying about the delivery time.

I mean, come on! I'm not someone who goes around making false claims. If I say my orders were late, then they were late. I was expecting some empathy and understanding from these guys, but instead, I was met with disrespect. I can't even begin to describe how hurt and frustrated I am at this kind of behavior.

I've been shopping at petstore.com for years and I've never had to deal with this kind of nonsense. They have always gone above and beyond to fix even the smallest errors. It's a shame that petmountain.com falls so short in comparison. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

PetMountain PetMountain Review: Solid Option for Pet Supplies with Free Shipping and Minor Issues

I heard about PetMountain from a breeder and decided to check it out for supplies for my pets. I was pleased to find that free shipping is available with a minimum purchase, which worked out well for me. However, I did have some issues with my order. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, I discovered that the lid for the tortoise food had broken open during shipping and spilled everywhere in the box. It was quite a mess to clean up! It seems like whoever packed my order did it really tightly, which is good for keeping things safe, but may have contributed to the accident with the food. Additionally, the container seemed to have too much food in it, which may have contributed to the mess. Overall, while I had some trouble with my order, PetMountain seems like a solid option for pet supplies.

PetMountain PetMountain: Poor Service and Missing Item in My Order

I just ordered some stuff for my slithery pet from PetMountain, but when the delivery arrived, one of the items I ordered was not there. I was charged for it, but nothing was sent. I was hoping they'd just fix it and ship it to me or give me my money back, but they didn't even get back to me. No call, no email, nothing. I feel like I wasted my money. I guess I should have looked at some reviews before deciding where to buy from. Unless you've got money to burn, I suggest finding another website to order your pet stuff from.

PetMountain Poor Quality and Service: My Disappointing Experience with PetMountain Pond Filter

I had the misfortune of ordering a pond filter from PetMountain and it was shipped to me. When I received the package, the exterior was in decent condition, but the interior box was severely damaged. To make it worse, some of the parts inside were missing and the others were broken. It was a real disappointment.

I had no choice but to call them up and explain my situation. It wasn't long before they told me that I got the last one. I was really frustrated because no substitutions were offered and I was in dire need of proper filtration for my pond. I already spent six hours cleaning it, and I needed a filter NOW!

It's stupid to assume that a box that is supposed to contain a NEW product inside would be ready to use but, sadly, that's not what I got from PetMountain. It felt like I got junk parts that were returned or used, even though I paid for a NEW filter. It was really disappointing.

I suggest that you don't make the same mistake I made and just buy your pet supplies somewhere else. These guys are not worth your time and money. Their lack of quality control and customer service skills tell me that they simply don't care about their customers.

PetMountain Disappointing Price Hikes and Stock Issues at PetMountain for Flea Treatments

PetMountain used to be my go-to place for buying flea treatments for all my furry friends, but recently their prices have gone up so much it's becoming really hard to keep up. When I first started buying from them, their prices were reasonable and competitive, but now they've almost tripled in some cases. It's really frustrating because I have a total of 6 dogs and 14 cats, so I need a lot of flea treatments and it's hard to keep up with the cost.

The other problem I have with PetMountain is that they often don't have everything I need in stock, which means I have to piece my orders together with whatever they do have available. This means I end up paying more than the bulk price for a certain amount of doses, which is really annoying. For someone who's on a fixed income like me, it's just not feasible to pay such high prices for something that I need regularly.

To make matters worse, my last order from PetMountain, which I placed on April 1st, still hasn't been shipped as of today - 5 days later. This is really frustrating because I need those flea treatments to keep my pets healthy and happy.

Overall, I used to love PetMountain and their prices, but now I'm not so sure. The high prices and lack of stock are really starting to take their toll, and the fact that my order is taking so long to ship is just adding insult to injury. If they don't get their act together soon, I'll be forced to find my flea treatments elsewhere.

PetMountain Disappointing Experience with PetMountain: Expired Products and Poor Customer Service

I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience I had with PetMountain. When I placed my order, I had high hopes that I was going to receive some great products for my pets. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The items that I received were expired - I'm talking a FULL YEAR past the expiration date. How is that even possible? I was shocked and honestly, a little disgusted.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to PetMountain to let them know about the issue, I never heard back from them. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I was left sitting there wondering what had happened to my order. I ended up having to contact their customer service multiple times just to get any sort of response.

And let's not forget about their refund process. When I returned the expired items, I didn't receive the full amount that I was owed. It's almost like they were trying to rip me off or something. I was really disappointed with the way that they handled the entire situation.

Overall, I would not recommend PetMountain to anyone. Their lack of customer service and poor quality products just isn't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your pet supplies.
