Pet Supplies Plus review: Coupons and rewards points not being honored.

I used 1000/pts on my most recent online purchase; my points were subtracted but the $5.00 was never discounted from my order. The staff at the Roseville, MN store are very nice, but none of them have the authority to provide any real customer service. I've had other in-store purchases where discounts weren't applied. I don't appreciate the false advertising. This is a poor business model and you have lost my business.
