Please Do not trust this company! PES solar quoted on installing a system for my house. The stipulation was that only clamps would be used on the standing seam metal roof and no penetration would occur. They provided a quote with the clamps included and I paid 30% of the quote for them to proceed. PES solar proceeded to install the system with clamps in September of 2022. After the system was installed The contract states that 60% would be paid during installation but they decided not to charge me at that time. That is when I found out that they did not follow the permit. At that point my roof was compromised by the installation process so they could not take the system off and I could not use the system because the city would not sign off on the permit. Weeks became months and almost a year and a half later, countless phone calls and more equipment added to the roof the system was cleared by the city. Through their negligence I was in limbo over a year, losing thousands of dollars in electricity cost and never knowing if the system would ever be turned on. It is now Jan 15th 2024 and the system has yet to be turned on. I have paid in full but they are waiting for their accounting department to clear it. They will not tell me how long it will take. I want to make sure as many future solar customers know what I went through. I know most of the reviews are positive but if I had to do it again I would stay far away from PES Solar.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their salesperson explained everything clearly and she kept me informed. The pre site people discussed several panel array options and suggested the one that would both look good and work the best for my roof. The install team was very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was cleaned up and ready for my meter switch. I was kept informed throughout the process. I am very happy with my system and also glad that I chose PES solar. Gerald O.

My sales rep was JP *** and he was great! Very knowledgeable and every question I threw at him ( there were many lol) he answered. The process has gone smoothly and the other contacts I have spoken with at PES were courteous and very helpful. It is nice when JP is actually giving you info that will help you benefit in the long run, usually you have to research and then ask the sales guy the questions, but JP was volunteering ways to help and giving me tips I had never thought of. All in all I am happy!

I highly recommend PES to anyone. Everything was great from the initial point of contact to having everything completed. They are excellent with their customers. That's a major thing for me. Especially for any customers who may not know what to expect. There we're a few bumps in our process but it was out of their hands wasn't anything that pertained to there work My solar system was installed and we passed inspection with not 1 problem We cannot be any happier with our decision to Go Green hope you do as well.

Very Professional and competent. I had just signed with another solar company but luckily my PES Sales agent Nico Q convinced me otherwise! At PES, Nico and his entire team took the time to better educate me on the whole process tailored to my needs. They also provided an all-around more well-rounded solution for my system, energy efficiencies, and landscaping! All for an even better price than the previous company ! I surely recommend Nico Q and the PES team. They truly are a one-stop shop for solar and home-efficiency!

STAY CLEAR from PES! We unfortunately signed on with them for our solar project. They were going to re-coat/Seal our metal roof, install 52 panels and a generator. A $100,000 project! This has been nothing but a half [censored], problematic issue! If you want to go solar I HIGHLY suggest you go with a different company. One that actually cares about quality, professionalism and honesty. I have reached out several times to PES and if I do by some miracle get a call back and an appointment, they either don't show up or cancel the same day. You should see the photos!

I was referred to PES by a friend. Sergio and Chip were great at explaining everything. They did a great job with his house and just the same with mine. Process was smooth once everything was signed. I had 29 panels installed and it took about a half a day. Took FPL about 20 days after the permit was approved to approve the installation and put the new Net Metering meter on. They are maybe just a little bit more expensive then some others I had quoted but you absolutely get what you pay for. It is worth paying a little extra to get top quality products and service.

After receiving multiple quotes and consultations for Solar. Pes was the only company that stood out and offered the best price, I knew nothing about Solar this is all new for me so I was completely nervous. With the economy going down and being a single mom Pes was so patient as well attentive to my concerns. They didn't make me feel like I was just a $, they actually treated me like a human. I highly recommend if anyone is just thinking about going Solar please I'm begging you to at least let Pes take care of you like they took care of me. Don't let other companies over charge you!

I would like to actually not give a full star. If you want to wait a year to get panels then go with this business! I bought solar panels from PES they started in Dec 2021 and I still do not have the panels up and running and now of course I have to make the payment on them. Not only do I have a electric bill but, I have to pay for the solar panels. The workers were polite if they showed up for work , they didnt have all the proper panels and had to come back 3 different times. The engineer signed off on the inspection without even inspecting the system, not once did he view actual panels that were installed nor the wire. They drilled holes on the side of my garage to install meter, making the siding to fall off which costed me money to have it repaired.

Every single one of them were extremely nice, polite, and respectful. They were hardworking and very efficient in my opinion. They returned when they said they would and also finished when they said. They cleaned up after themselves so well I'm pretty sure they left my yard, driveway, and house cleaner than how they found it. They took the time to explain everything from the process to how the equipment works very well. They also did little things in my opinion that is going above and beyond. For example, they moved our recycling can to a position to ensure the truck could get to it and we wouldn't miss out on getting our can emptied. After they also even returned our can to it's spot in garage for us. It's little things like that which make a big difference I'd say.

Please commend Jared on his amazing customer service. I was very anxious after we experienced several Wi-Fi glitches after our solar panel installation and providing my password to Troy last week. All sorts of horrible scenarios were all I could envision. After speaking with Jared and explaining my issues, he talked me through possible solutions. Thank God, for him as he was absolutely correct, and I've already told him personally how grateful I am. I was able to work through the problem this morning with Spectrum cable and everything has been restored! Jared is certainly a tremendous asset to your company, but to tell the truth your entire staff is awesome. They all have been very courteous and helpful throughout this process. I am truly impressed with PES. You guys are really the best we could have found.

PES Solar installed solar panels on my room over 3 years ago, notice a leak bleeding through my ceiling and immediately called PES on a Saturday afternoon. I received a call back moments later and the owner along with a general foreman showed up at my house. Immediately on the roof and in the attic, searching for the leak. The leak through the Was not coming from around where the panels were installed. The owner then told me he was the owner of a roofing company called PRS Roofing. Looking the entire roof over and we could not find a leak. The general foreman later found my ac ducts were the reason for the leak. No problems from the roof at all after about 4 hours of searching. Surprisingly the cost was zero for the service call since I had gotten the panels installed through PES solar and was covered under the solar panel warranty. Thank you PES Solar and PRS Roofing

First of all I want to say how amazing it was to work with Jared *** the General Manager. He educated me on everything about solar down to the financing, installation and turning the system on. Jared was very professional and honest which is hard to find in this industry. I spoke with 7 other solar companies and they all just wanted to sell me on a system at very high cost. Jared was open about pricing and what the standard rate of solar is in the area. He saved me thousands of dollars on the same size system with same materials as Solar Bear tried to sell me on. After I cancelled with Solar Bear they then decided to reduce the price in order to keep me.
Your boys did a great job on the install. The fire inspector said clean work. Solar panels look amazing! You guys ROCK! I highly recommend Professional Electrical Services Solar. Everyone made me feel like I am one of their team members and made many friends with the PES team.

Start to finish, excellent attention. Installation crew was excellent and very courteous. Had a minor problem with Panels erratically performing. Service Technician from PES promptly came and worked with the manufacturer and were able to determine that LCEC was delivering spikes of power to the house causing panels to shut down. They adjusted the panels profile and since then the system is performing flawlessly. Salesman "Jerry" has visited my residence many times and continually wants to make sure of my satisfaction. Great communications and service. System is performing excellent and my net electric meter continues to consistently drop. This of course means, my electric usage bill will be zero. I monitor and track the performance each day and I am very pleased. System is performing as specified from the initial analysis. Jerry C. has been terrific from the outset and continues to provide excellent attention to us. When the sun shines we certainly do benefit, so being in SW Florida there isn't too much to worry about sunshine!

After spending 2 weeks vetting 11 different companies, I chose PES. This company has been awesome to work with. They handled everything from start to finish and were in direct communication with me through the entire process. Install was quick and painless and the techs did an amazing job and were very professional. Final inspection and getting everything turned on did take some time, but delays were caused by the county and energy company. PES was in constant contact with them and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and as efficiently as possible. My system has been running for a while now and is working great. If you are looking to go solar you don't need look any further. Don't spend the time that I have invested looking at other companies. This is the company to go with. They are very professional, do great work and most important communicate with their customers. I referred one of my friends and his system was just installed also. He has had the same experience working with PES as I have and is more than happy with his decision to go with them also.

I was contacted by PES. I told the salesman , after hearing the pitch, I would not be interested at 73 years old. He told me I would not have any bill over 5-10 dollars per month. I would also have a personal loan that was in know way attached to my mortgage. I agreed and they sent a position locator out and he assured me I would have full sunlight and 100% operation. I went to refinance, and I had to get their loan company to remove the lein for 2 months so I could. Started off having bills from 70-122.00 per month, plus my loan payment couldn't even use my pool heater. I called several times. The answer was always wait for the 12 months period. Well I did and I was out over 1000.00. Finally in Nov? They came out and metered the operation. Was told it easy only at 60% because of my 3 Royal Palms. I had to cut my 3 40 ft palms down. $5,000 each value. Thats a good $25,000 off the value of my home. Had the man said you will have to cut the trees? I would not have agreed to solar. As it stood I would be paying 285.00 to loan and 100.00 electric. About $125.00 more than I was paying for electric bill. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I told PES I would agree to 1600.00 the cost of removing the three trees. I would eat the drop in properry worth and the costs they had already cost me. With the trees gone and not using my pool heater, I still have an electric bill. I feel I was very fair with my solution, but now I have to file suit against them for property value, Tree costs, and cutting costs. Seniors always get it up the ***.

The biggest motivation for me to go solar was to make my share of contribution to reduce CO2 emission. Plus the solar price has decreased over the years to a point where it makes economic sense as well (and don't forget the 26% federal credit). After my thorough research on residential solar panels and comparing several reputable installers in Florida, I've decided to go with PES. I'm very happy so far with my choice.

Reasons that I selected PES:
- History and reputation. The solar panel industry is relatively new, and many solar panel installers that we found in our area are quite young (less than 3 or 5 years). PES is one of the few that has longer stance in the field (10+ years) with an even longer history in the electrical business. It was important to me to know the installer that I'm using will more likely to be in business for long time so my warranty will stay effective. Also, PES has many stellar customer reviews on *** and ***, which gave me additional confidence.
- Products. After researching several top brands (LG, Silfab, REC, Panasonic, SunPower, etc.), I decided to go with either LG or Silfab for their good balance of quality and price. PES happens to carry both with good model selections. I finally went with LG NeON2 Black which also offers an appealing aesthetics besides high performance.
- Price. PES's prices were very competitive among all installers that I researched. I was very happy with the price I got for my products.
- Warranty. PES was one of the only few installers that offer a 25-year warranty on BOTH PRODUCTS and LABOR, and the warranty is basically "bumper to bumper" which gives me a great peace of mind. Many other installers only gives a 10-year warranty for labor, and/or charge a fee for each work order visit. PES's warranty doesn't charge any fee for necessary site visits. In addition, PES's warranty is fully transferrable to the next house owner without additional fees, which is superior to many other installers' warranty.

Experience so far has been very positive:
- Pre-sale information sessions. My rep (Chandler) was very transparent and honest, and helped me to better understand PES's products, pricing and warranty. Unlike the reps from some other installers that I talked to, he didn't push to the largest size
- Contracting. Was straightforward, especially since I wasn't using financing.
- Permit. PES handled the city permit without much of my involvement.
- Installation. The crew was very professional and proficient. The whole installation took about half day to complete.
- Final meter setting. This step involved both PES and my utility company to work together to finish the project and turn on the system.
My system is up running now, and it's extremely satisfying for me to see that my house is completely powered by the sun!

The overall experience with PES has been mostly positive, and I'd recommend them to anyone who looks to go to Solar in Florida!

I bought a $130000 worth of solar panels. From PES solar they came out. Did a roof inspection said everything was fine to install 1 year later? Having problems with roof leaking, same spot. 5 different times not once have they ever come to fix my ceilings? I have paid to have it done every time. Then I find out that the roof was bad in the first place and the panels should have never been installed without a new roof The roof was 16 years old at that time. Talk to the owner, Austin.

Which I don't think he really cares about his customers. How many people do you know? By a 101 solar panels and get this kind of treatment.

PES told me I would only be paying a small hookup fee with *** They didn't even take into account for my hot tub or pool. Now they tell me they will sell me additional panel for $2-$3,000. I cannot afford to pay 2 electric bills and they have done nothing to maker this right. They never, not once told me I would have such a high *** bill. Don K their salesman is a very fast slick salesman. After he left my house I told him I an td to think about and they threatened to sue me because I singed a contract. It is December now and I am still paying $120 to *** These people are as dishonest as they come.

Me and My friend signed the contract with them On 2/22 and 2/23 for solar with James H. We cancelled with them on 2/26 with contacting same person and asking is it okay ? He said it's okay to cancel and even we asked him if he can match the price and Equipment . He said no.. it can not be done.. So you can sign with them after a week we got calls from the manager and saying yoi need to pay 20 percent cause you crossed 3 day limit and he is saying don't trust our rep. Is he not from your company ? Jared B called pay 20 percent . THIS IS SIMPLY NOT RIGHT TO THERATEN PEOPLE if you are a good company

We started this process over a year ago. We finally got our solar installed on 09/26 and awaited inspections. They then had another install for the electrical panel a month later. During the install they stated we would be without power for a couple hours. We went without power for over 30 hours. We have paid 51,000 for this job on a finance agreement which we are paying on monthly. We have been paying for 6 months already with no service. The contractors have costed us several inspections from not showing up and removing paperwork from the designated area causing us to fail our inspection. I keep calling and getting no where. I just get answer such as "we're close to be done" or "let me look into it and call you back". We never get a call back. My account number is ***. My system should of been up and running before having to make payments.

I contracted Professional Electrical Services, Inc on 2020 to install Solar Panels in my house. Professional Electrical Services, Inc sold me a package valued in $66,000.00 and they promised me that with my solar system I will only pay *** Energy a fee for using their lines, about $14.00 a month. the first months I was paying $14.00 a month to *** Energy for my electric consumption until I started receiving bills for $120.00 every month and have contacted *** Energy about the bill. they said that my Solar System in not big enough to cover my electric needs and needs to be increased. My contract with Professional Electrical Services, Inc was for about 17.28 KW but I received a letter from *** Energy informing that my Solar System it is for 14.69 KW. I sent an email to Professional Electrical Services, Inc informing and questioning this letter but I have never had a respond from Professional Electrical Services, Inc. I have been calling Professional Electrical Services, Inc for more than a month now asking for a solution on my solar system since Professional Electrical Services, Inc sales person and engineers made all the numbers and calculations about my solar system requirements and I trusted on their expertise since I don't know anything about electrical or solar systems. After a month of trying to have an answer from Professional Electrical Services, Inc finally somebody called me just to let me know that my system is what it is and there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to talk to the owner of the company but this person never communicated with me. I have spent $66,000 (sixty six thousand dollars) in a insufficient piece of equipment and now I'm paying double bills, one for my solar system and another one for my electric supplier. Professional Electrical Services, Inc made all the numbers and calculations to balance my electric needs for a whole year so every month I should pay only the fee for using *** Energy lines. I'm asking PES to fix this.
