I ordered and paid for a one-time trial purchase, which charged me for that additional "one time" NOT subcription trial. I am being sent monthly "kits" and charged at higher rate without my consent, request, and there is NO customer service a/vailable - online the "return partner" and process don't work at all; calls are not answered; emails not answered. Online review on FB indicates a very low rating for these and poor products. I want to stop the unrequested mailings and get a refund! Thankks.

Claimed loss: I am being charged for products each month, with shipping, etc. and am out so far approximately $200.00

Desired outcome: Refund in full; phony subscription cancellation confirmed in writing. Thanks.
