I ordered and paid for a one-time trial purchase, which charged me for that additional "one time" NOT subcription trial. I am being sent monthly "kits" and charged at higher rate without my consent, request, and there is NO customer service a/vailable - online the "return partner" and process don't work at all; calls are not answered; emails not answered. Online review on FB indicates a very low rating for these and poor products. I want to stop the unrequested mailings and get a refund! Thankks.

The same thing happened to me; I need to get this STOPPED! The keep sending me products I can't use and DID NOT request! How can I stop them from charging my credit card and sending me these unrequested products?
