I got a dehumidifier from Percy's, Inc. in June in ***, . It worked good for two months, but then it stopped working. I thought it was because the humidity was going down. This spring, I still had problems with it and I spent a lot of time trying to fix it. I'm not happy with the quality of the product. Looking back, I should have dealt with it last Fall. The salesperson at Percy's really talked up the product, but now I'm not sure I trust them. Other stores seem to have better stuff. I talked to a nice person at Percy's, but I'm not sure I'll go back there.

Been shopping at Percy's for 26 years now and they've never let me down. Got most of my big appliances from them and they're still going strong. Had to replace my dish washer recently and was told the one I wanted might sell out quick. Took my time but two days later, it was gone. Every other store was sold out too. Ended up buying a pricier model from Percy's and they made it easier by getting rid of my old washer for free. They even suggested an upgrade for my electrical connection and it was easy to pick up the new one myself. Can't ask for better service than that.

We got a dishwasher from Percy's in Oct 2020 and paid for installation from their fav provider and the 5 year extended warranty. In less than 1 year from install, the dishwasher broke, leaking water through the floor and wrecking parts of our basement including multiple ceiling tiles. We contacted Percy's to start the warranty claim and it took over a week to send a repairman out, now it's been several weeks and the claim still ain't authorized and the repair shop can't order the parts. Plus, one of the three parts is out of stock with an unclear ETA. When we called to talk to rep at Percy's, Andrea, she said "well, I have 150 people waiting for repairs now" and basically Percy's position is that it ain't their problem that our dishwasher is less than 1 year in use with a warranty and we are without a dishwasher with no clear disposition and no end in sight. I think Percy's sold us a lemon of a unit (as shown by the extensive repairs needed, the full motor, etc. per the repairman's estimate) and they won't honor their warranty within a reasonable timeframe. $1500 and we are back where we started without a dishwasher in less than 1 year. I would ask that Percy's replace the unit with an in stock unit, especially given that the repair may never happen since the parts have stock issues of which they are well aware.

I got a stove from Percy's in 2019. We hired them to install it, but they took too long, so we had to find another plumber. After 3 months, we noticed that the burner wasn't working and the oven wouldn't heat above 325 degrees. We talked to Percy's, but they sent us to Whirlpool, who sent us to a 3rd party for repairs. The 3rd party didn't have the parts, so they had to order them. The burners were working, but they had a lot of yellow flames. We were worried about CO, so we called Percy's when our Carbon Monoxide detector detected a leak. They said we couldn't get service right away, so we paid for an appliance repair company to come out of pocket. They couldn't fix it, so we called Percy's again, who sent us to Whirlpool, who sent us to a 3rd party. We paid out of pocket again, but Whirlpool canceled the repair. Percy's won't cover any repairs outside of the first year, even though it has a 5-year warranty. I won't buy from Percy's again because of their poor customer service.
