I got a banner that wasn't mine. The customer service was terrible. Renee and Paige didn't handle the situation well and were very rude. I think my client's privacy was violated because someone else received their banner. I asked to speak to a manager, but Renee said I couldn't. She was very rude.

I found this company on Google and I'm happy with their stuff and how they treat their customers! Plus, the price was even better! We wanted a red carpet banner for a high school class reunion and we just went for it. We put the logos up and they got back to us quick with proofs. In 4 days, the banner, red carpet and stand were at my house! Great customer service. The banner is good quality and looks great. Then I broke one of the bolts for the frame and they sent me a new one for free! You can't ask for better customer service. Plus the quality and price of their stuff is great. I recommend them!

I tried these guys out but I'm done with them. I got some 3x9 bumper stickers but the picture was only 2x7, leaving a lot of white space. I told them and they said it was my fault. That's not right. If you order 3x9, you should get 3x9. It took them 2 days and 2 emails to get back to me and they didn't take any responsibility. I ordered at 9 am but didn't get a response until after the "same day shipping" time. This has happened before. You should go to Makestickers.com or Stickermule.com instead. They're good companies that care about their customers and have great products.

My company used StickersBanners for our marketing materials and banners. I found it easy to draft the materials myself. So, I decided to order a banner for myself. I gave them the date I needed it by and thought I had enough time with ground shipping. I got an order confirmation but didn't receive the banner when I expected it. I checked the status and it said it was still awaiting fulfillment. I sent an email and got a response from Chloe saying ground shipping takes up to 4 business days. But, it was 8 business days after the order and still no shipment. I emailed again and Chloe asked me to confirm the file type with my sales rep. But, I didn't know what file type or sales rep she was talking about. I asked if she even checked the order number. She responded snarkily saying she was asking about the file type and not the order number.

I'm disappointed with the service and attitude I received. The banner wasn't ready when I needed it and it turned out to be a frustrating experience. I'll have my company consider using another service for our marketing materials. It's sad that when we order through our company, we get attentive reps but when it came to a small order, the customer service rep treated me poorly.

So we ordered some banners from StickersBanners, Inc. and they messed up the colors. We've used them before and they did a good job, but this time they dropped the ball. We've been waiting for weeks and they're taking forever to fix it. The backgrounds on all the banners were supposed to be yellow, but on three out of four of them, the yellow came out green. That's not what we wanted at all. We just want them to make us new banners with the right colors.

On June 14th, I ordered from StickersBanners, Inc. and still haven't got a tracking number. I sent lots of emails and tried to call them, but the number said they're closed for 3 weeks, even though the site says they're open. This is the third time my order hasn't shipped fast, even though I paid for express shipping. Now my custom backdrop won't come in time for a graduating senior.

I ordered from Stickers Banners on August 7th. They sent me a proof before printing that was all blue, just like we agreed. But when they printed the banner, it came out purple! They didn't tell me beforehand that there might be a problem with the blue color. I can't use this banner now, and it's their mistake, so I shouldn't have to pay for it. This banner is for a boys' party, and it needs to be blue. I want them to reprint it with the right color, or give me a full refund and a shipping label to send it back. They offered me 30% off to reprint it, but that's not good enough. They should have warned me about the color issue before printing. Please help me fix this!
