Pella review: Uncompleted job worst install worst project mgr of our lifetime a year in the making disgusted

My husband jack and I are thoroughly disgusted. We had 25 year pella windows in our home. We replaced with our windows with new pella designer reserve series windows and for the back of our home the lifestyle series. Our purchase was close to $110,000... The installer never completed the install job properly. He destroyed our window areas. The installer became a nightmare. A week week job is now 16+ months. He never insulated or shimmed our windows. They had to be done by in house pella people after it was discovered. (near scranton pa) the damage, breakage, constant delays on the part of pella are beyond measure. The installer destroyed our stucco/dryvit, caulking damaged, molding damage as well. Now at 16+ months still not done. I cannot reinstall window treatments. They are of no help locally. We have videos, pictures emails etc. The job is still as of now june 2025 not completed. I even went to attorney general's office. This has been the absolute worst install and service experience in our lifetime. We take immense pride in our home. It is an embarrassment. Service is the most paramount concern to us. Our window install is not finished. It is now beyond tears.
