We've owned Pella windows and doors for many years. In the past it was a little slow getting service, but it worked out in the end. Now it's impossible to get service and almost impossible to talk to anyone. I've tried for almost a month now and can't get my doors serviced. I've tried calling and sitting on hold forever and also visiting their product support online.
I would NEVER buy another Pella product again!

Recommendation: Find another company to deal with.
