Pella – Installation-time of completion-communication -

This installation has not gone as expected.

The salesperson says it will be done in one day, so I make arrangements to have my dogs at the groomer all day and for me to be home. She said there would be 2 crews that would take of it as one would work in tandem with another.

Only one crew and 2 days-5/28, 5/29. Omar and Sammy did a phenomenal and you need more workers like them. Truly top notch and professional and enough cannot be said about Omar.

The kitchen window still has clips.

I was told that the inspector that someone would be out to do a final inspection, check cracks from installing window, remove stickers and clean them. I was also to receive cleaning and maintenance information.

inspection was done 6/11. I called on 6/28 and someone came by on 7/5 and cleaned off stickers and cleaned windows but did not finish job but said someone would return. No one has returned.

I have not had any success dealing with the Orlando office as I have left messages with no calls returned. You would think that spending $23,000 gets you something besides aggravation and a cold shoulder. I know a number of people who have Pella windows, and the job was done without any issues,
