Peak Vista Community Health Centers review: Call me or message me

I am a patient at Peak Vista, located at 3207 N. Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80915 and my primary care physician is Duncan Olson. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services that I have received at Peak Vista. Despite my expectations I have encountered the following issues: misinformation when scheduling appointments: being told that the appointment was for one thing and showing up for something else, being told that I can't be helped at doctors' appointments, being scheduled in an entirely different city with an entirely different provider while being told I was scheduling at my office with my primary care provider, delayed paperwork and extended wait times.
I am currently without pain management services and pain medication. The appointment that I had to wait over a month for that was supposed to be with my primary care provider but was scheduled in a different city with a random provider that has further delayed my treatment.
These experiences have and continue to affect my health and wellbeing, while raising concerns about the quality of healthcare provided. I believe as a patient I deserve better treatment as well as a higher standard of care.
