PC Richard & Son review: Service was made on maytag dryer but the service rep. installs the flex vent pipe which is not within code

Service was made on maytag drier but the service representative installs the flex vent pipe after cleaning and servicing. Flex vent pipe is not within code and It's a fire hazard to install flex vent pipe on a drier. I don't feel safe to use the drier since. The service rep. refuses to fix told me that its ok and suggesting a 2nd opinion if I have an issue. Last service was on 08/13/2020
