PC Richard & Son review: Service was made on maytag dryer but the service rep. installs the flex vent pipe which is not within code ( 1 comment)

Service was made on maytag drier but the service representative installs the flex vent pipe after cleaning and servicing. Flex vent pipe is not within code and It's a fire hazard to install flex vent pipe on a drier. I don't feel safe to use the drier since. The service rep. refuses to fix told me that its ok and suggesting a 2nd opinion if I have an issue. Last service was on 08/13/2020
