PayPAMS / PAMS Lunchroom charging a fee what!???

PayPAMS is now charging a fee to make a single payment to a kids school lunch account. Of. $1.95 each time for each child. I have three kids. I make a payment for each kid almost every week. You don't give refunds. I am not putting a huge amount on the accounts for it to sit! A dollar ninety five is really high! My solution is send my kids a lunch! I was trying to make them eat the schools. Now the schools suffer from yalls greed. Sad. 😞 I hate it. Called to ask how to avoid a fee suggest I send my kids with lunch money. 😆 last time a sis that they sent it home saying I had to do it online. What a joke!

PayPAMS / PAMS Lunchroom Payments

I sent a payment to my sons account on August 17, 2010. Two days later the payment still did not show. I emailed them and recieved an acknowledgement email saying they received my email and would contact me in 24 hours. That was on a Friday. So Monday I checked the accounts again and still no money was posted to my sons account eventhough the money had already been taken from my bank account. I requested a chat with the company and talked with a customer service rep named David. The only thing he would say was he was going to forward the issue to his supervisor. When I asked for someone to call me...he refused. When I told him I was going to report them to the school and asked for a supervisors name he just said again he would forward it to a supervisor and it would take an additional 24 to 48 hours. I told him this was not acceptable because in the mean time I had to send more money to the school via my son so he could eat lunch. What does it say about a company who dosen't have a phone number listed and wont call you on the phone to even discuss the matter? I wont be sending money through this service again.

i have the same problem i put money in my tow sons accounts last week . but . thay are stil notifying me dailly . that the account is under 4 dollars and i had this problem cuple months ago also that time i that that wase my mistake . and i pay them again but this time i am sure that some thing is going on. and i am also tring to call them but call is not going throw it shows that offline

Had an issue with Paypam as well... Put money into my sons account of which it did show up... However one week later the entire amount was withdrawn from his account... Had a hard time locating a number and rep couldnt answer the question as to why the whole amount was taken out of lunch account when my son had been packing his lunch the whole time as well... Will not use them again to replenish lunch account...

PayPAMS / PAMS Lunchroom Won't give refunds & give you the runaround

This is a company that allows you to pay for your child's school lunches through an account online so you don't have to send any money to school with them they just use an account number. I originally was just attempting to access her balance & purchases from last year so I could deposit into her account. When they wouldn't allow me to see or tell me how much was in there, that is when I said I wanted a refund.

I was in a chat session (they don't have live people to talk to you) with PAY PAMS "Parent account management" employee Joni, whereas she abruptly ended the chat session “hung up on me” without providing current or up to date contact info for me. I am trying to get a refund and as I was chatting I was also contacting ALL the phone numbers she gave me that were supposed to be “the process” of getting my refund. None of them are working numbers & there are no messages or voicemail either. I went their site to see my balance from last year & they wanted to charge me $10.00 JUST TO GET LAST YEARS BALANCE & TRANSACTIONS. That is a shady & hostage practice of doing business. What if I didn’t want to use their services this year or what if I was moving out of state? They are trying to charge me to see MY BALANCE. Then when I ask for a refund they direct me to NON-WORKING PHONE NUMBERS! They don’t even have a phone number on their website to talk to a live person. BTW, JONI NEEDS A NEW JOB! She obviously lacks the skills to perform her current one!

I have emailed the customer service dept. & I'm waiting on "rep" to contact me back. So far I have only received computer generated responses! So, obviously no one is actually reading my complaint!
