I got a Freezer from Restaurant Equippers for $3,199.00, Item #***. I talked to the manager and supervisor on duty on 03/10/2022 and asked for a replacement because the back of the unit had a hole and was very damaged when it was delivered. They said I had to put it back in the original box, but my receiver threw it away and the panel was damaged. Restaurant Equippers won't fix the problem or send a proper replacement RePackage.

They're lying 'cause how can a big company like that only have one person in charge of repairs who's been gone for a long time? No matter how many emails I or anyone else sends her, she don't respond. They say there's nothing they can do, put me on hold, take me in circles, and don't answer my calls or just transfer me to someone else. I think they're trying to wait for the warranty to run out so we're stuck with a broken freezer. It's dripping water on the food and is unsanitary. I'm still waiting for a call that I know ain't coming.
