Terrible customer service and communication
Terrible customer service and communication. They sent me the wrong unit and said they would order me the right one. But instead, they canceled my order without telling me! They said they couldn't get what I needed. However, after talking to the manufacturer, I found out that all units built within the last year have doors that can be reversed in the field. Kitchenall didn't seem to know this and just sent me a check without talking to me first. They also said they sent me an email about it, but I never got it. Overall, they lied and didn't do anything to help me. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

I bought a new oven from Kitchenall LLC because I needed a reliable oven for my bakery. I've used it six times and there was thick, black smoke coming out of the back. I'm losing $2k a day, and I've only been open for three days. My problem is not a priority for them. They sent a tech to look at it, who is not covered by their warranty, and I had to pay $118 for ten minutes of their time just to be told that I need a new motor. Are they rushing a new motor to me? No. Have I heard anything from Kitchenall? No. This is a major issue, and no one seems to care or is trying to make it right. They should be sending me a new oven quickly.
