PayPal review: Very dishonest and unable to perform advertised tasks

My daughter tried cashing settlement checks through paypal. Their process has you void the check as it is submitted, They encountered an error during the process and told her she had to request new checks. The settlement lawyers will not and do not do this. Checks are still active but because paypal had her void them she cannot use them elsewhere and they will not accept their error and continue the process. She used them because she is very low income and now they have cheated her out of the money. I have used paypal since their beginning but no more and I recommend anyone else not to. Many complaints
