I recently found two fraudulent charges on my PayPal account. The charges are $39 and $288 from a company called MEMOWRITE but the charge in PayPal is listed as Innodiets. I filed fraudulent charges with PayPal. Within hours I receive a denial from PayPal saying there was no evidence the charges are fraudulent. I called PayPal and the rep said he was resubmitting it as Item not received. He said although these are fraudulent charges, refiling as item not received is a work around they have found to get it refunded. He also informed me the $39 charge is for a monthly subscription and he was canceling it. Today I received another PayPal denial "there is no evidence the item was misrepresented." Now I have filed a fraudulent charges claim with my credit card company. As soon as this is resolved, my 26 year history with PayPal is OVER!

Recommendation: CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. You could be their next victim.
