I did pay my suppliers bank account using my payoneer fund but it’s already 9 days since I transferred the money but he still didn’t receive the money. It’s been 9 days but the transaction was still pending and my supplier need the money right away. I click the pay my recipients bank account and input the desired money I need to send him but it’s still in pending but its been 9 days since I send it. Why does he still didn’t receive it. This is the Transaction details
