Patriot Pest Management

I signed up with Patriot Go Green Lawn Care for monthly applications of fertilization and lawn care. The service was supposed to start on Wednesday, May 13th, but it got changed to yesterday due to the first mow. However, when no one showed up to apply the fertilization by the afternoon, I called and got different explanations. Eventually, they claimed that I had requested to be put "on hold" for the service, which I hadn't. The associate got loud and angry with me, insisting that I had agreed to it. I asked to speak to a supervisor to complain, but she said it would take 2-3 days before I might get a call back. I mentioned reporting the situation to the ComplaintsBoard.com, and the associate yelled at me, canceled my account, and ended the call. It's not right to treat a new customer this way. Canceling my service just because I wanted to file a complaint is unacceptable.
