Essential Pest

Our service tech was professional and had a good attitude.

This company Essential Pest, LLC is charging me $149 for cancelling their services. They say I signed a contract and knew about the fee, but I never got a copy or was told about it. They came to my house on 3/26 and said they would email me a contract, but I cancelled on 3/31. I'm trying to dispute the fee with my credit card, but Liz from Essential Pest said they're fighting it because it's too late. They didn't do any work for me, they just want my money. They didn't tell me about the fee when they came to my door.

Jordan was polite, friendly, arrived when he said he would. We requested he hit areas where we had spiders outside and he assured us he would. Explained everything he would do that day. Great work by a great company! We would highly recommend!

Essential Pest Control was great! The Rep knew his job and was very informative. He explained what he was going to be doing and even pointed out entry points. He was very thorough in his duties. The service was awesome and the product is great! I had services done about 2 months ago and haven't seen one rodent. Will definitely be recommending their services to my neighbors.

I love this company, been with them since spring of 2021. The communication is always on point and I know when they will be at my house. The products they use work great for me and is also organic on the inside, I have a small puppy and its great to know he is always safe. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and was even certified with the state to apply pesticides, never knew about such a thing. I had a ant problem, called them about 4 weeks after my serviced was done they came out the very next day... I haven't seen a ant since. Great job Essential Pest keep up the good work and I will be a customer for life.

Terrible Service! The services are not what we expected. For months we have been with this company and yet no results have come to fruition. They come to our home spray a mist of water inside and outside, we had a bee problem and they could not address it. The employee sprayed powder and ran from the bees and stated they were not licensed nor insured to handle bees and that it was also against the law to remove bee nests. Fast-forward to now, a real professional company has came out and fixed and solved our problem within 20 mins the nest and another was found and removed on site. The foundation and other parts of the property was sprayed , treated and I was even able to go outside again and enjoy my backyard and my child could play with his toys finally after 2 months of fear. While looking over my agreement with this company I realized we were being over charged and double dipped for times they never came out ! unprofessional and unknowledgeable employees and lack of training. Never again will I do business with this company
