Was warned about them but ignored the red flags. This company will ONLY buy your house if they can sell your home to another investor during their “due diligence” for “title gathering”. They will fall back on a 3rd party to list your home so they can get some of the proceeds. Complete gimmick. Clients beware!

No intentions of buying. They want to get a 3rd party agent involved to make commissions off other of them. They will never lose their $1000-$2000 max earnest money. Shame on this pathetic company!
