Patpat AU Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Patpat AU

So, I reached out to Patpat AU regarding a package I was supposed to receive but, lo and behold, it was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, they told me that there was nothing they could do to help me out, which was a real bummer. They did say sorry for the inconvenience, though.

Overall, I gotta say, I wouldn't really recommend Patpat AU. The lack of assistance I received when I was missing an item left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I mean, come on, a simple refund would have been nice. But, alas, it wasn't to be.
