LUXE Destination Weddingsbooking and reservations

I am very unhappy with the service I have been provided. This last transaction was unacceptable and not approved. Asma Shaikh is assigned as my travel agent. I had several conversations with her regarding final totals before the last payment was due. Apparently she also calculated wrong. I made the final Payment. One week later she tells me she under charged me by 917.00 . I was very upset to know that your my travel agent but you do not have the numbers correct. I paid her the 917.00 on July 5, 2019. Your mistake makes it my issue (How). I check my account and find out that she has went into my account and charged another $68.32 with out notifying me at all . That is fraud!

      I have very serious concerns the level of customer service that I have been given. I have been provided incorrect information on several occasions and I have also been given incorrect totals on different occasions. My wedding will be at the Royalton Blue Waters in Montego Bay, Jamaica. When you are planning a destination wedding and you have a budget its very important to received valid information and correct number totals every time. I was under the assumption that was the job of the travel agent.

      I am very unhappy with the service I have been provided. This last transaction was unacceptable and not approved. Asma Shaikh is assigned as my travel agent. I have felt there has been important information left. Critical information that should be provided to your customer. I have two triple occupancy rooms in my group. I had several conversations with her regarding final totals before the last payment was due. The way the information was presented to me was for a triple occupancy is 150 per person per night. I calculated 150*5 nights =750.00.per person I asked her this multiple times. Apparently she also calculated it how it was presented. I made the final Payment. One week later she tells me she under charged me by 917.00 . I was very upset to know that your my travel agent but you do not have the numbers correct.

      I paid her the 917.00 on July 5, 2019. That was so unfair to me. Your mistake makes it my issue (How). This entire process has been horrible. Now its July and I am preparing for the trip. I check my account and find out that she has went into my account and charged another $68.32 with out notifying me at all . That is fraud! You do not go into peoples accounts with out notification (no email or phone call). She caused one of my checks to bounce. Again, I am asking how is the professional travel agent unable to calculate correct pricing? I am more than over the top upset. She sent me a email telling me that I owed the 917.00 and that is what I paid. Than to have her come back 2 weeks later to charge my account without my knowledge. I am going to report her to my bank for making fraudulent charges.

      I was presented with these concession when I inquired about the resort. Needless to say that, once I made the final payment we suddenly we didn’t qualify because we didn’t have enough rooms with double occupancy. But as you can see it says nothing about double occupancy rooms only and it also does not state that if you are in a triple occupancy room .. you are charging the first 2 people 200 .00 and the 3rd 150.00 .. It doesn’t even read that way in the contract. This is very misleading. This is so misleading that I have my attorney reviewing the contract to ensure more fraud has not taken place.

      I am also reporting this to the Royalton/Blue Diamond Hotels and Resorts Corporate office. This is unacceptable on all levels. No professional establishment should accept employees going into customers accounts with out proper notification.

      I have attached the email that she told me my I owed 917.00 and that was suppose to be the final payment. Than she send me a email on July 15th after I emailed her a very angry email after she charged my card AGAIN. She than proceeds to tell me the balance was 1000.80. this is unacceptable!!!

      . I have a total of like 19 people who booked through Luxe and 23 all together and according to the original information I received

      • RATES (Including tax):
      • Single Occupancy: $300.32 per person/per night
      • Double Occupancy: $200.21 per person/per night
      • Triple Occupancy: $150.16 per person/per night
      • Child (Age 2-12)*: $100.11 per child/per night

      Asma has been my travel account manager and it was the worst! I had to ask for her supervisor to take over. My wedding isnt until next year but at this point, I want to go to a whole new travel group/resort because the service is ridiculous!

    LUXE Destination WeddingsTrip to Mexico

    Hi there, I would like to provide you with as much detail as possible, but what my complaint boils down to is emotionally, physically and mentally exhausting. Luxe has booked a trip to mexico for my best friends wedding for April, our final payment was pushed to January 18. From the beginning I had trouble with communication and questions with the staff there, including sierra. she has been helpful and accommodating when I can get her on the phone. My final payment boiled down to 4pm on January 18th. she was on the phone with sunwing and me saying my credit card didn't go through. I called the bank and because of the way I made the large payment on it they were holding it for 5 business days. Anyway's, I called my sister immediately when sierra told me I had 5 minutes. I called sierra back in 5 minuteas and got no response. I was freaking out. I emailed her the card and still no response. I called luxe directly after calling sierra a few times back to back. Emily reassured me that she would get it processed for me and finally I slept well that night. Ive had a long stressful week and it was the last thing that I needed to be worrying about. They are now saying sunwing is holding my 750 deposit and have cancelled my reservation but have now upped my price to rebook and I basically lose my 750 because price went up substantially. I am submitting a complaint here in hopes you can help. Thanks Stephenie
