Partsgeeks Unhelpful Customer Service and Incorrect Parts: My Experience with Parts Geek

I ordered a part for my car and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all. They told me that I had to pay for the return shipping and that I would not be refunded for the original shipping cost. This was frustrating because it was not my fault that they sent me the wrong part.

To make matters worse, when I finally received the correct part, it was missing a piece. I had to call customer service again and they were not helpful once again. They told me that I had to pay for the missing piece and that they would not refund me for the original shipping cost. This was unacceptable and I will never order from Parts Geek again.

If you do decide to order from them, make sure you double check that you are getting the right part and that all of your parts are included. Also, be prepared to deal with unhelpful customer service if anything goes wrong.

Partsgeeks Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Partsgeeks

I gotta tell ya, Partsgeeks ain't the best place to order your car parts from. Their customer service is just plain awful. I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong one. So, I called them up to get it fixed and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. I was on the phone for what felt like hours, just trying to get someone to help me out. And when I finally did get through to someone, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. It was like they were just reading from a script or something.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for car parts, there are plenty of other places you can go to that will treat you better. Don't waste your time with Partsgeeks.

Partsgeeks Disappointing Experience with Partsgeeks: Incorrect Part and Unfair Refund Policy

I recently made a purchase from Partsgeeks and unfortunately, the part they sent me was incorrect. I had to go through the hassle of returning it, but when I did, they refused to refund my money because they claimed the package was opened and dirty. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to know if the part fits without opening the package? It's just not fair. I feel like this company is not very decent and it's almost like they're stealing from their customers. To make matters worse, they won't even send me the part back. It's just frustrating and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Partsgeeks Mixed Experience with Partsgeeks: Satisfactory Product, Room for Improvement in Customer Service and Shipping

I recently made a purchase on Partsgeeks for a mirror for my Ram Promaster 1500. Unfortunately, I had a change of heart and tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it. However, the customer service representative informed me that the order was already in process and could not be cancelled. They did offer me the option to refuse the package upon delivery for a full refund.

To my dismay, I later discovered that the shipper had placed a restriction on the package, making it impossible for me to refuse it. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially since I had paid $20 for shipping and was charged an additional $10 on top of the $83 cost of the parts.

Despite this setback, I must say that the quality of the parts I received was satisfactory. However, I do wish that the customer service experience could have been more accommodating and that the shipping process could have been more transparent.

Overall, while I am satisfied with the product I received, I do feel that there is room for improvement in the customer service and shipping departments at Partsgeeks.

Partsgeeks Great Prices, But Double-Check Product Description: My Experience with PartsGeek.com

I recently made a purchase on partsgeek.com for a replacement mirror. Let me tell you, their prices are unbeatable! I scoured the web and couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. However, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. I needed a mirror for a sedan, but accidentally ordered the coupe version. As you can imagine, it didn't fit.

I had to return the item and reorder the correct one. This is why I'm giving them a 3-star rating and writing this review. The description of the product didn't clearly state the "coupe" or "sedan" distinction until the very end, and it was in small print. I should have double-checked, but it would have been helpful if the information was more prominent.

Another thing to note is that since this wasn't an OEM part, they didn't use the manufacturer's part number. Instead, they have their own SKU which caused some confusion. However, the savings were worth it. The mirror I'm getting now is only $26, compared to $60-$90 on other sites and as much as $200 from a dealer site.

Overall, I would recommend partsgeek.com for their competitive prices. Just be sure to double-check the product description before making a purchase.

Partsgeeks Terrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Treatment from Partsgeeks

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Partsgeeks. Honestly, I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option. The way they treated us when we called about a warranty issue was just plain disrespectful. We tried to get in touch with them several times, but they just kept ignoring us and pushing us off. It's like they didn't even care about our concerns.

And don't even get me started on Rich, the customer service rep we spoke to. He was completely unhelpful and unwilling to listen to us. But you know what's even worse? His manager, Lee. That guy was just unbelievably rude. I mean, I work in customer service myself, and if I ever treated a customer the way these guys did, I'd be out of a job in no time.

It's like Partsgeeks doesn't even care about their customers. They seem to forget that we're the ones who keep them in business. And they definitely don't stand behind their warranties or anything else for that matter. I mean, just look at their F rating from the BBB and the lawsuit that was filed against them. That's all the proof you need that this company is not worth your time or money.

Honestly, I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that people know about this company's terrible customer service before they decide to buy anything from them. Trust me, you're better off saving your money and going somewhere else.

Partsgeeks Partsgeek's Refusal to Exchange Wrong Parts - A Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I've been a customer of partsgeek for almost three years now and I've spent a lot of money with them. Recently, I purchased a set of four struts for a 2013 Toyota Highlander in the middle of November 2021. Unfortunately, my entire household came down with Covid right after I received them, and we were down for a month. Then, it was Christmas time, so I wasn't able to install them until today, January 3rd, 2022. The struts were for a friend, but when I opened the package, I realized that the rear struts were not the right ones.

I immediately contacted partsgeek to exchange them for the correct ones, but they refused due to their 30-day return policy. I was shocked and disappointed by their response. It wasn't a return, it was an exchange for the "wrong" parts they sent. I can't believe that they wouldn't stand behind their mistake and make it right. Now, I'm stuck with two brand new "incorrect" parts that I can't use, and I have to eat the cost of buying the correct ones.

I'm extremely disappointed with partsgeek's customer service and their unwillingness to own up to their mistake. As a result, I've lost faith in them as a company, and I won't be purchasing from them again. I would strongly advise anyone who is considering buying from them to think twice. They don't stand behind their products, and they don't value their customers. Shame on partsgeek.

In conclusion, I give partsgeek a triple thumbs down and a zero-star rating. They've lost a good and loyal customer, and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Partsgeeks Disappointing Experience with Partsgeeks: Poor Customer Service and Order Issues

I recently had an experience with Partsgeeks (partsgeeks.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a single part for my vehicle and was quoted a total of $146.20. However, when I clicked the "place order" button, I noticed that the amount charged to my credit card was $288.45. This was concerning, so I decided to reach out to their customer service team for assistance.

Unfortunately, when I tried to call, I was disconnected after 10 minutes due to high call volume. So, I submitted an online request instead. However, after two days of waiting, I checked the status of my order and saw that it had been changed to "shipper requested an intercept and to return to sender." I received no emails or phone calls about this change, which was frustrating.

Eventually, I was able to get my money refunded, but I was hesitant to do business with Partsgeeks again. However, I decided to give them another chance and placed an order on a Thursday. By the following Tuesday, I still hadn't heard anything except for the initial "Thank you for ordering" email. So, I went to their website to submit another request and discovered that my order had been canceled.

When I asked for an explanation, I was told that I had accidentally ordered one too many fuel tanks and had left negative reviews after they tried to resolve the issue. However, this was not true - it was actually their website that had made the mistake. I was frustrated by this response and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Partsgeeks. While their prices may be good, their customer service is lacking. If you have any issues, it can take a long time to get a resolution. Instead, I would suggest checking out autopartswarehouse.com, which offers price matching, online chat, and excellent service and parts.
